Cons:

Que no tengan un buen control de las reservas y no entreguen las habitación que realmente se reservan mediante la app, es tedioso.
Durante la mañana no hay nadie en recepción que atienda prácticamente.
Al mantener el aire acondicionado encendido, este tiene una manguera que llega hasta una papelera donde es el "desagüe", esta se llena y por ende riega toda la habitación.
