ci sono stata per 4 notti.
1. non si ha dove poggiare gli asciugamani al bagno. nessuno dei 3. né per il viso, né per la doccia né per il bidet. manca anche il portaspazzolino.
2. non è bello che qualcuno giri per il giardino e io devo stare attenta a come girare per la stanza.
3. non è bello manco che le altre persone che soggiornano scendano in mutande a prendere le cose dal frigo.
secondo me dovrebbero aggiungere i bicchieri usa e getta in stanza (sia mai uno dovesse prendere una medicina), ma capisco di pretendere.
e magari meno importante, mancava il phon.
al bagno funzionava solo una lucetta dello specchio. La luce in bagno era fulminata/ lampeggiava e di notte era fastidiosa.

insomma bella la Sardegna, ma il prossimo anno sceglierò meglio l'alloggio.

Cons:

Nada más entrar, se te cae el mundo a los pies. Casa con olor a rancio y a humedad que pretende venderse como Villa italiana y es una suerte de hostel mal cuidado y peor atendido. Fotos engañosas. DORMITORIO: cuarto estudiantil de los años 70, con cajones rotos y cama totalmente hundida y deformada. Debes elegir entre ventilación o privacidad. BAÑO: sin un solo estante o cajón, sin amenities ni secador. Luz averiada parpadea día y noche. Pérdida presión agua cuando se ducha habitación contigua. SERVICIOS: en 6 días ni toallas ni limpieza ni facilidad para encontrar con qué hacerlo nosotros. La basura de todas las habitaciones la acumulan en el jardín junto a la ventana de la habitación. Cero contacto o atención al cliente. COCINA: un estante en nevera por habitación, escaso menaje y equipada con restos viejos de distintas casas. EXTERIOR: jardín abandonado, objetos acumulados, interruptores rotos, puerta de acceso averiada, barrio muy oscuro que genera poca confianza.

RESUMEN: si tenéis la suerte de leer esta reseña, os aconsejamos no elegir este alojamiento para disfrutar de vuestras vacaciones.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

This is a property where you are given a door code and let yourself in. The property is like someone’s home. It was very homely and the grounds were very well maintained. We had no real problems with this place and it would be a go to place should we return to Olbia.

Cons:

It wasn’t a problem for us because we rented a car. However, I’m not sure about the public transportation. It was 10 minutes to the centre in a car, but I wouldn’t like to walk it. We requested two beds, the double bed was like memory foam that had lost its memory and the single bed, which was like a sofa, wasn’t made up. Despite this we had no trouble sleeping.

Amazing!
Pros:

The villa itself is very beautiful and the room was amazing. The green yard to spend the evening was also very nice. Our 1.5 year old daughter loved the garden and kept running around. Very good if you have children. Host was absolutely amazing and very helpful at every step.

Nothing really, everything went smooth.

Pros:

House in general is beautiful, decorated in a rustic style with a nice garden. Room and bathroom were very clean. It was possible to use a kitchen. It was easy to park at the street in front of the house.

Cons:

Bed was not very confortable and room was very basic compared to the rest of the house. Shower was a bit leaking. Kitchen was a bit smelly.
