Pros:

Molto bella la villa ed il giardino

Cons:

La villa è molto bella, soprattutto il giardino, che è davvero curato e piacevole. Tuttavia, l'ambiente dà più l'impressione di un museo che di una struttura accogliente, e manca quel calore che fa sentire gli ospiti a casa.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo notato alcune piccole mancanze: in bagno non c'era il portarotolo della carta igienica ed era presente un solo rotolo; mancava anche il terzo asciugamano. La tenda della doccia, inoltre, rovina un po' l'estetica di un bagno altrimenti molto bello. All'esterno, lo stendino era sprovvisto di mollette.

La cucina era a disposizione per utilizzare il frigorifero e la macchina del caffè, ma non erano presenti capsule o altri accessori, o quantomeno non erano facilmente visibili. Anche il sapone in bagno era solo un piccolo campioncino, sufficiente appena per una persona.

Sono dettagli che magari non sono obbligatori, ma sono proprio queste piccole attenzioni a rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e a fare la differenza nell'esperienza degli ospiti.

Infine, il posto è molto tranquillo e rilassante, ma è piuttosto decentrato: il porto di Olbia non è vicino e, senza un'auto, gli spostamenti risultano poco comodi.

Pros:

Room was clean. Wifi connection was pretty good.
Beautiful house with a nice garden.

Cons:

Our room was humid and every time we entered we had to let the windows open for a while. The A/C smelled a little funny.
When we called for an issue they didn't respond immediately-which can happen I guess

Great stay :)
Pros:

The Villa is nice and has a very nice garden, and the room is spacious, clean and it has a big balcony, besides that the kitchen is big and we could have some good time if we want to have some food there. the host is very friendly and nice. I would recommend it and will rent it again.

Cons:

ci sono stata per 4 notti.
1. non si ha dove poggiare gli asciugamani al bagno. nessuno dei 3. né per il viso, né per la doccia né per il bidet. manca anche il portaspazzolino.
2. non è bello che qualcuno giri per il giardino e io devo stare attenta a come girare per la stanza.
3. non è bello manco che le altre persone che soggiornano scendano in mutande a prendere le cose dal frigo.
secondo me dovrebbero aggiungere i bicchieri usa e getta in stanza (sia mai uno dovesse prendere una medicina), ma capisco di pretendere.
e magari meno importante, mancava il phon.
al bagno funzionava solo una lucetta dello specchio. La luce in bagno era fulminata/ lampeggiava e di notte era fastidiosa.

insomma bella la Sardegna, ma il prossimo anno sceglierò meglio l'alloggio.
