I don't recommend booking this place. Firstly, the location on booking.com is completely wrong. Secondly, we arrived and the staff were not expecting us. I think this listing is managed by a third party (with the price marked up), and it seemed like there was zero communication with the on-site staff. Thirdly, we messaged ahead of time to check if we would be able to do laundry which was confirmed via the chat, but then we arrived and the staff said this wasn't a service they provide (luckily some very good and cheap laundry services nearby). Fourthly, although the chat was quite responsive, the people managing it were unhelpful. We tried to get reassurance that we were in the right place after the staff were so surprised by our arrival, and the location was different from the listing, and they offered nothing! Finally, when we arrived in our first room, we were greeted by 2 large cockroaches and dirty bed sheets. We asked to move, which the staff accommodated quickly, but then the second room also had cockroaches, and the sheets weren't much better! There was also a filled ashtray and pack of cigarettes in the drawer in the room, so it smelled of smoke. We were only staying 1 night, so we just got on with it, but if it was any longer, we would have found somewhere else to stay.
If you really want to stay here, don't bother with booking.com. Just turn up and book a room to save the money.
