La ubicación y la atención del personal. El restaurante y el bar son muy buenos también. Variedad y tiempos adecuados. Espacio de pileta agradable y cómodo. No hice uso del spa x no encontrarse incluido en reservas x Booking.
Hay detalles que podrían mejorar, x ejemplo ubicación de teclas de luz en respaldo cama, la tele de habitación no es Smart x lo cuál sólo se puede ver cable. El aire es central y se depende de recepción para que lo regulen. El baño es amplio pero el inodoro está pegado a la ducha
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, en especial las dos personas que atienden en el desayuno.
El sector de la pileta es una excelente opción para cuando los días no están para bajar a la playa. Y además es el lugar ideal para relajarse al final del día.
El aire acondicionado no se puede regular individualmente desde cada habitación y por lo general lo apagaban durante la noche. Había momentos en que hacía mucho calor en el dormitorio. Es algo que deberían solucionar.

La mayoría de los trabajadores muy amables, a excepción de uno de la recepción…
Nos cobraron fortuna y no estaba incluido el spa, no nos dieron el estacionamiento que dijeron ofrecer gratis, lo tenían reservado solo para las gamas de habitaciones más lujosas. El bar de la piscina horrendo, tanto comida como tragos. Escatiman en el desayuno. Muchísimo para mejorar como para considerarlo con 4 estrellas. Puntaje demasiado bondadoso.

Que no nos prendían la calefacción , porque no era época invernal y un recepcionista de la mañana, me dijo q me tape c las frazadas. Recién la última noche, otra persona muy amable, fue y la prendió. Realmente no se podía del frío.

La sola cosa que me molesta que el spa y gimnasio solo estaba abierto lunes a viernes y quedamos el fin de. Es posible que era una cartilla que le anuncia pero no la ví.
