Das Hotel ist wirklich hervorragend: modern eingerichtet, mit schönen Ausblicken und insgesamt einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Englisch ist tw etwas eingeschränkt, was aber dank Google Übersetzer kein Problem darstellt. Der Laundry-Service hat ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es kein eigenes Restaurant im Hotel gibt und somit auch kein Zimmerservice. Allerdings gibt es in fußläufiger Umgebung viele gute Restaurants. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Das Frühstück wird im Café im benachbarten „23 Living“ serviert. Statt eines Buffets wählt man hier aus einer Karte ein Getränk, Saft oder Obst sowie ein Hauptgericht aus.

The architecture is gorgeous.

Cons:

Half the staff is attentive and helpful, half the staff needs severe training. For the price of this hotel, a visitor is expecting more. The restaurant only serves breakfast, the rooftop bartenders are missing in action, there’s no dinner or lunch, the restaurant staff in particular needs urgent training in costumer service, and the beds need new mattresses. Architecture alone is not a sufficient reason to stay somewhere; you need hospitality and attention to detail.
