Hotel en renovación.
Pros:

Sin duda, lo mejor, el personal. Ferrán y Angels se desviven para los clientes. Dotes de profesionalidad y camaradería les sobran y el servicio de desayuno también es notable.
Buen párquing para coches y motos.

Cons:

Es un hotel antiguo en sus partes comunes como sala de estar, comedor, bar, recepción y renovado en baños y habitaciones. Estás, són justas, si bien tienen secador, gel-champu en un único producto y poco más, carecen de silla-butaca, termo-calentador para café o infusiones, TV antiguo (sin Netflix, YouTube, etc).

Todo bien excepto por el garaje que para mi era imprescindible y no hay plazas nunca.
Cons:

Elegí el hotel porque tenía garaje, cuando llegas te dicen que realmente tiene 7 plazas que nunca están disponibles y no hay aparcamiento cerca, por lo tanto es un servicio que no existe, hubiera elegido otro hotel que si tuviera un servicio real de garaje.

El baño nuevo, amplio y la ducha genial. Era una habitación triple con una cama de matrimonio y en otra estancia de la misma habitación una cama individual.

Muy buena experiencia. Destacar el trato cercano de sus empleados, en especial de Ángeles. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Si vuelvo a Andorra, volveré al mismo sitio sin dudar.

Cómo hotel muy correcto

El hotel muy correcto y el personal también estupendo, cómodo y limpio

Cons:

La ubicación personalmente no me gustó, pero solo es gusto personal , está justo al lado de caldea, con lo cual para otros usuarios será perfecto. La comida en nuestro caso desayuno incluido, muy justo en productos y no muy de mi agrado
