No es un hotel de una gran cadena y,.por tanto, no puedes esperar materialmente lo mismo. Pero lo compensa con creces: lo mejor, sin duda, el personal, en especial Ángels que nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia incluso ante un imprevisto bastante importante. Además, nos aconsejó muy bien qué visitar y cuándo.
El hotel está muy bien situado, a cinco minutos de Caldea y poco más del hospital y de la zona comercial de Andorra.
Es un hotel modesto y sin pretensiones pero que tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia, incluso, unas cuantas plazas de aparcamiento (muy buenas) muy útiles a unos pocos metros del establecimiento y más económicas que las de la ciudad. Eso sí, es imprescindible reservarlas con tiempo.
El desayuno, sin ser tan espectacular como los de hoteles de grandes cadenas, es suficientemente completo y de calidad. Además, las chicas están pendientes de reponer rápidamente.
La habitación la limpian de forma inmediata: en ocasiones en el momento que íbamos a desayunar.
Nos gustó tanto que nos quedamos un día más de los que teníamos previsto.
No podemos poner ni una sola pega.

El trato del personal.
Me gustó la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos explicó lo que teníamos que ver en Andorra, y también nos dijo algún sitio para comer y desayunar, el chico que estaba al día siguiente de recepción también súper bien, tenéis que contratar el parking porque allí no hay aparcamiento cerca, la plaza de garaje estaba muy bien y eso que tengo un coche grande.
Por finalizar el hotel estaba súper limpio, gracias a las dos chicas que están todo el día limpiando las habitaciones.

I had some issues sleeping. Strange noises and someone arguing late into the night. But, the second night was better.
