Great quaint stay
Pros:

Great location right by the bridge to explore both sides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even out our bags in our room for us while we were out exploring until the room was ready as we got there early. The bed was super comfy and the ac worked fairly well. It's super cute and feels like you're back in time a little. Also the view was nice.

Cons:

There is no elevator and the steps are quite narrow so the hike is a bit but hey, good leg workout but really hard with luggage. Also, not sure what it was but when we came back to our room in the evening it's like we could smell the sewage system a bit in the bathroom(didn't smell when we left). I put a fan in for a bit and then it seemed fine after 15 min. The shower was also 2 foldable panels and it was hard to maneuver but they made great use out of a smaller space.

Einrichtung, Schnitt und Größe der Suite, Sauberkeit, das Gebäude, Spitzenlage!

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war defekt bei 39°C Außentemperatur im Schatten!!!!

Morgens um 6:00 Uhr hat direkt unter unserem Fenster offenbar ein Lieferant laut krachend die Klappe seines LKWs fallen lassen und anschließend 1,5 Stunden laut rumpelnd Ware abgeladen :/

When we visit Prague again, we would definitely use this hotel.
Pros:

Location was exceptional, you won't find a better positioned hotel. Staff were also very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning was noisy, but I appreciate the hotel is very old and did not expect modern A/C

Eine großartige Adresse im Goldenen Prag
Pros:

Ich bin oft in diesem alten stilvollen Haus direkt am Kleinseitner Ende der Karlsbrücke. Nette Leute, gutes Essen, alles sauber, trotz des “hohen Alters” des Hauses.

Cons:

Bei solch heißen Sommertagen mit 35 und mehr Grad Celsius vermisst man schmerzlich ein Klimaanlage. Die mobile Anlage hilft, verhindert aber einen normalen Schlaf. Vielleicht erlaubt der Denkmalschutz keine Klimatisierung, aber ich werde im Hochsommer wohl auf andere Hotels ausweichen müssen.
