Muy buena ubicación pero antiguo
Pros:

La ubicación, literalmente en el puente de Carlos, la habitación estaba muy limpia y hacían la habitación y cambiaban las toallas a diario, el baño totalmente reformado y nuevo.

Cons:

El personal de recepción que nos hizo el check in el día 1/4 sobre las 15h fue muy antipático, le entregamos el dni para hacer el check in y me pidió que escribiera la dirección en un papel y como no lo entendía fue muy grosero y era tan sencillo como leer el dni por detrás que venía la dirección, le pedí su nombre y entendí Geri o Yeri pero fue desagradable y tuve que pararle los pies.
El hotel está anticuado, la habitación 43 era una cuarta planta sin ascensor, todo moqueta y la decoración era antiquísima.
El desayuno bien pero todos los días igual.

Micul dejun foarte gustos si de apreciat este ca e pina la ora 11.00 ,pentru noi a fost destul de comod deoarece iubim diminețile sa le mai dormim.

Тихо, красиво и тепло.
Pros:

Тепло, чисто, бельё белое и приятно пахнет. Завтрак хороший. Прямо у Карлова Моста. В номере тихо, тихо.

Cons:

Кровать большая, но не очень удобная. Зубной пасты и щётки нет.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, perfect location, would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lots of choice, some pastries would have been nice though. Coffee/hot chocolate machine was good. The helpful staff brought us fresh fried eggs when we asked.

Cons:

The bed was very squeaky on one side. My son slept well in the mezzanine bed. I would stay again in the same room. Extra blankets in the wardrobe would be a nice idea.
Construction outside started at 8am but that was out of the control of the hotel!

Pros:

Localização perfeita. Prédio histórico, com apartamento confortável e limpo. Café da manhã bom. A recepcionista foi atenciosa. Tem onde guardar as malas após checkout.

Cons:

O acesso por escada é ruim com as malas. Mas a localização e conforto superam a dificuldade.
