Be prepared to pay twice and spend weeks chasing your refund. Despite paying through Booking.com, I was charged again at the hotel's self-check-in machine. The hotel acknowledged the mistake, but weeks later I still haven't received my refund. I've had to repeatedly contact both the hotel and Booking.com with no resolution. This has been one of the most frustrating booking experiences I've had.

Was expecting more
Pros:

Convenient when coming with car. Parking garage was nice to have but very narrow. Great check in.

Cons:

There was something on the headboard of the bed, looked like blood from a killed mosquito, and it was a lot of marks on walls. Room was really small and smelled funny too. Happy that it was only a stopover.

Pros:

We konden last minute in dit hotel een slaap plaats boeken voor onze reis naar de Balkan. We waren heel blij met de kamer, de bedden lagen goed. De self check in was handig, maar wel wat omslachtig wat wel wat stress bezorgde met een vermoeid kind. Al bij al een zeer goede ervaring gehad met dit hotel.
