Pros:

Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Wenn ich eine Junior Suite Buche, erwarte ich etwas besseres als 1 normales Doppelzimmer.
Aber im Vorraum, bei der Küchenzeile waren 2 Camping / Plastikstühle, der TV hing gerade mal 1,5 m vom boden an der Wand, ein dreckiges Klappbett neben dem Tisch...... unmöglich sowas als Junior Suite zu verkaufen.
Im Kleiderschrank befanden sich keine Kleiderbügel,..... und und und.
War extrem enttäuscht......
Nach telefonischer Beschwerde gab man uns ein anderes Zimmer, was aber auch nicht einer Junior Suite entsprach.
Also das beste draus machen und dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Für diese eine Nacht hat das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gepasst
Pros:

Der Check- In und Check- out waren wegen des Anmelde-Terminals und Briefkasten sehr einfach und problemlos

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers war eine Katastrophe.
Zum einen an der vierspurigen Hauptstraße - zum andern, dass gegenüberliegend eine riesige Baustelle ist wo 24 Stunden gearbeitet wird. Schlafen ist da eher ein Problem

Zimmer war etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet mit sehr großer Terrasse. Das Frühstück war einfach nur eine Katastrophe!

Preis/Leistung und das eine Parkgarage im Preis inkludiert ist

Der Check-In Automat ist schlecht zu bedienen!
Sehr tief, schlechter Kontrast, Spiegelung.
Wir waren um 9:36Uhr im Frühstücksraum und das komplette Buffet war bereits abgeräumt!

Es wurde uns von einer Mitarbeiterin die offensichtlich zeitlich schon sehr im Stress war notdürftig eine kleine Auswahl an Käse und Wurst zusammengestellt in 2 Semmeln aufgebacken die jedoch innen noch teilweise gefroren waren!

Es gab auch kein Besteck mehr …

Sowohl in der Zimmer wie auch bei der Reservierungsbestätigung steht das es Frühstück bis 10:00Uhr gibt!

Check-in automatico molto comodo, stanza confortevole, possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito sia all'esterno (solo 4 posti) e sotterraneo , rapporto qualita' prezzo insuperabile !

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato posto nel parcheggio esterno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato in quello sotterraneo, ma riuscire ad percorrere la curva della discesa prima della saracinesca e' stato un vero delirio, veramente troppo stretta ! La nostra camera dava sulla strada principale che era molto trafficata e , nonostante la finestra (con tripli vetri) chiusa , si sentiva lo stesso rumore

Pros:

Nice hotel for those who need to stay owernight on the road. Check in was easy. Underground prking probably not high enough for car with ski box but there where some places outside. We did not order breakfest but staff made it on our request. Nice and friendly!

Ponovo se vraćamo kada budemo imali potrebu za dolaskom u Graz.
Pros:

Hotelska soba je odlična, udobna, komforna sa kvalitetni led televizorom i kvalitetnim kablovskim signalom. Dovoljan broj strujnih utičnica. Čistoća u hotelskoj sobi je premašila naša očekivanja. Kupatilo je odlično i novo. Voda brzo prelazi sa hladne na toplu . Brzi lift, dovoljan broj mjesta za parking kako ispred hotela tako i u garaži. Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji.

Cons:

Tokom doručka primjetili smo da je istekao rok trajanja voćnog jogurta već 15 dana. Svi namazi su uglavnom bili sa skoro isteklim datumom. Doručak je oskudan, drugi dan nismo imali hljeb. Također nakon rezervacije na booking.com nismo dobili šifru registracije na ulazu u hotel. Morali smo zvati telefonom kako bi dobili šidru i izvršili registraciju u hotel.
