Stylish Private Studio Close to City

All very good.

The apartment is really stylish, cosy and in the middle of a silent & peaceful area. It is not in the heart of the city but easy to reach everywhere. If you like to walk like us you can also walk from the apartment to the central train station in 30 minutes. Besides there is a tram #26 that can take you to the city center in 15 minutes. The host, Frank is a very kind person. He helped us very much and replied all of the questions we asked because this was our first time in Amsterdam.

The accommodation is great, clean, up to the standards, located in a quiet and very pleasant area. The host is amazing, always helpful and having all the answers and incredible tips for tourists! Very professional, kind and supportive!

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhigerm Wohngebiet, Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für unsere Fahrräder war auch Platz in der Garage. Das Zentrum ist gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Der Gastgeber war supernett und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Falls wir Amsterdam nochmal besuchen, gern wieder hier ♡♡♡♡

Comfortable, clean studio close to central station. Nice quiet location close to the water. Kind, thoughtful and helpful host. Would definitely love to stay there if we come to Amsterdam again.

We had a wonderful stay in this flat, it’s near the center but in a very quiet neighborhood. Very cozy and comfortable, and our host Frank was adorable and very welcoming.

I didn't expect such a well equipped bedsit, and it was a magnificent surprise. It's like a 5 star hotel. The bedsit is very spacious. There is a living "room" area quite cosy. The kitchen is large and there is a full size table to have meals at. The bathroom is spacious and the shower cabin is large and has a multi function hose. The bedsit location is less than 10 minutes by tram from the central station and the city center. Overall this bedsit is a good accommodation for a leisure travel but also for a work travel.

Mr Frank was not only a housholder, he behaved like a relative that hosts us. The flat was cosy and comfortable and very clean. There were all details ready to use ; such as an Amsterdam map on the wall, a corck puller, a coffee machine and umbrellas at the door etc.
We want to thank him here again.

The property is situated about a 10 to 15 tram ride from Central Station as described in it's name :-)

From outside the Station hop on the 26 to Lijburg and get off 3 stops down at Rietland Park. It's a 5 min walk at most from here. Or you could hop on the number 7 tram one stop and get off opposite the Dominos pizza - this would be best if you have heavy bags as it is less walking.

Google maps took me right to the door. Frank, the owner, was not going to be there to meet me so sent instructions on how to get in the place which worked flawlessly. The area around the apartment is a very quiet residential area - which is a welcome relief from the centre of Amsterdam. It is in the East docklands are which has been nicely renovated and there are a number of walks along the waterfront which was pleasant in the evening. There is a small but well stocked supermarket about a minute's walk away which was handy.

The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has every facility available, including lightning fast wi-fi. There is everything you could need in the kitchen, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. The bathroom is a good size and shampoo, bodywash and other toiletries are provided. The shower is like something out of Star Trek - and it works brilliantly. The bed is massive, and comfortable. The lounge has a tv but I didn't use this but assume it works as well as everything else in there.

Getting around from here was so easy. Hop on the Number 7 tram and head to the South of the city and get off around the Museum quarter and from there stroll back into the city. Or get back on the 26 if you need to be at the train station.

Frank is such a lovely bloke - really couldn't do enough to help my stay be as comfortable as possible. He has a great knowledge of the city and will give you hints and tips for getting around the place. Will come back and stay here again.

The room is really cozy and nice. Frank is so kind and helpful host. Everything was perfect. I really recommend this accommodation.

The host met us personally after our check-in to show the facilities and left very clear directions how to get in the room since he was not at home at our arrival time. Also very kind to let us leave the apartament little bit over the initial check out time. Room itself was clean and contained everything necessary for our 3 night stay. Very cool shower. Location wise - eastern Amsterdam, center was easily accesible with tram, supermarket nearby. Would recommend to everyone and probably will stay here next time I'm visiting

The location was great and the apartment was very comfortable and had everything one needs. The host was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!
