The landlord is a nice person, but he should pay more attention on the service rather than the money.
Pros:

The bathroom is clean. The room is spacious.

Cons:

It is dusty. The shower water is a bit cold. The landlord rent out the room which has the only entrance of our room. It is quite I respectful. Even worst, the landlord only contact us when he wants money from us.

Pros:

Very convenient location. I really liked the area. Room, bath, toilet, kitchen - everything is in perfect order

Cons:

the bed could have been less squeaky. And it would be nice to replace the cracked bathroom sink

Don’t stay here. The host will try to scam you into paying him extra fees at the end of the stay.
Pros:

The space is a well-lit apartment with a good shower and plenty of space in the room.

Cons:

The bed isn’t a bed and is instead a a sofa folded down. The property says it comes with a private bathroom but the bathroom is shared with other guests. The sink was broken and started to smell bad from holding water in the broken part. The dishes are all disgusting so you have to wash before using. And there’s no freezer. (Also a set up for a camera and light above the bed which is concerning?!)
