Le superbe pavillon principal, qui est un bijou architectural. L'approche écologique de l'estancia. Les fabuleux repas préparés par des chefs créatifs. Le calme des lieux.
La robinetterie dans les chambres devrait être modernisé. Nous avons eu certains problèmes pour la faire fonctionner correctement.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The place was beautiful and quaint (only a few rooms in the hotel), the property gigantic, activities were great (horseback riding, farm visit, bike rides), food delicious and staff really attentive to our needs. This was really a unique experience.
Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones son de gran categoria, el personal es el mas atento que me ha atendido. La oferta gastronimica es buenisima, ademas las actividades extra son muy buenas.

Bellissima struttura, decorazione attenta alla tradizione, elegante e di grande gusto. La proprietà è’ molto grande, paesaggi straordinari. Cucina di altissima qualità, usano quotidianamente i prodotti dell’orto, le uova delle galline. Ho montato tutti i giorni: anche se era qualche anno che non lo facevo ho avuto accompagnatori molto attenti. Wine tasting memorabile

Amazing stay. All staff were amazing and super attentive. All willing to go the extra distance to make our stay truly amazing. Especially Franco, Sofia & Augusto.

There were many families with children staying there, what made the days we spent there a lot less quieter than expected.
An amazing place to stay - we would go straight back if we could… the staff were all so friendly, very well trained and helpful - reflecting the culture of the owners, who came to have dinner there themselves one evening and to chat to all the guests - obviously still very much interested in maintaining the quality of the hotel.
As for things to do, the food was fantastic, with the friendly chef coming out to the table to explain the menu and to check that the courses were ok for us ; the wine also amazing, with a fun wine tasting experience with a lovely sommelier; lazing by the pool and maybe best of all, going horse riding with a lovely gaucho, inspite of not having ridden before - another experience ticked off the bucket list !
