Pros:

Am revenit la Hotel Fantazia după aproximativ doi ani și am rămas plăcut surprinsă. Deși experiența anterioară a fost deja foarte bună, acum totul arată chiar mai bine decât atunci. Se vede clar că locul este îngrijit constant, iar atenția pentru detalii face diferența.
Camerele sunt foarte curate, spațiile comune bine întreținute, iar atmosfera generală este plăcută și relaxantă. Este genul de loc unde revii cu încredere, pentru că standardele nu doar că se mențin, ci chiar se îmbunătățesc.
Felicitări echipei pentru implicare și pentru faptul că mențin un nivel ridicat al serviciilor. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Я приехал поздно. Не reception ни кого не было, но мне предоставили всю необходимую информацию для размещения. И это без оплаты. Я заплатил перед выселением. В номере была вода, кофе, чай. Очень чисто. Очень приветливый персонал. Очень рекомендую. Если мне опять придется остановиться в этом регионе, я обязательно вернусь
