I had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were excellent, especially Fiona. She was very helpful and patient, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Truly appreciated her service.

Lighting could be brighter. Bed was a little too soft for my liking.

Andra gången vi bodde här nu och den här gången fick vi ett större rum även om vi betalade samma. Läget är bra.

Super convenient location, especially for a one night stay in Taipei.
Pros:

Very close to the ARL train from the airport, 10 minutes walk. Also walking distance to Ximending. I appreciated the coffee/tea machine available complimentary.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable but tiny. There wasn’t enough room to open the suitcase.

Pros:

立地が良い。空港MRTも近く、台北駅も近いので旅程に影響がなかった。狭さを書く人がいますが、ほぼ観光で外にいるため、気にならない。

Cons:

浴槽がなくシャワーのみだったこと。朝から夜まで外出しているので、あると次の日の状態が全然違う。
ドリンク券？をいただいたが、時間が決まっているため、観光で来ていると時間が合わずに使えない。
