- if you don’t like birds, be warned. There are hundreds of birds flying around at all times. You will end up being pooed on (we averaged 2x per day). As a result the general site has a lot of bird poo marks and you will need to wash your towel daily. If you aren’t under umbrella you’re at risk. This also results in a very “birdy” smell all around the resort.
- food was alright, not amazing.
- no water filter for residents, just bottle after bottle of water which feels very wasteful.
- a bit too quiet for our liking at night (there are only about 6 rooms, so it lacks atmosphere). 3 night stay max I’d say.
- breakfast quoted as included but coffee and water charged separately.
El personal muy amable. El lugar es bonito y tranquilo, aunque hay excesivas aves por ser su habitat natural y lastimosamente la playa trasera a veces es sucia de plumas y otras cosas que sueltan las aves.
Falta variedad en la carta y teniendo en cuenta que estando en la isla no hay mas opciones, los precios son bastante altos.
Pedimos varias veces que nos ayudaran con varias cosas en la habitación y el personal de mantenimiento nunca asistió.
Todo Super bien, valió la pena hacer una pedida de mano acá, el personal A1 en todo, el lugar muy bonito , la atención , comida y todo espectacular
O hotel fica numa pequena ilha que é habitat de várias espécies de pássaros e isso deixa o local ainda mais encantador. O hotel é bom, mas o grande diferencial é o acolhimento, presteza e simpatia dos funcionários: Elias, Nelson, Willian, José, Iourleyde, Fabiane e todos os outros que agora não me recordo do nome. Eles merecem ser valorizados!
Ficamos lá 3 noites e hotel conseguiu atender um pedido especial que foi conhecer a comunidade da Isla Grande. Foram dias que ficarão na memoria pela conexão com a natureza e hospitalidade do povo colombiano.
Apesar de haver a possibilidade de jantar no Bora, Bora, acho que seria interessante o hotel diversificar a menu do restaurante e colocar uns petiscos, mais opções de pratos com carne, saladas com frutas, castanhas e doces, já que ficamos o tempo todo fazendo todas as refeições nele.
We knew the birds were very polarising with other guests but we had no problems with being on an island which was a bird sanctuary. In fact, the birds simply added to the experience We had a very comfortable room, enjoyed the beach club facilities, loved the seclusion before and after the day trippers and the fact there were so few rooms to stay in, making it quite intimate The staff were very friendly and welcoming making our three day stay a pleasure.
Two small things that we felt would have helped. First, it would have been good to have had some more (written) information about the island, particularly about the birds, but also simply meal times, use of beach facilities etc. Some of this was explained on arrival but with our poor Spanish, it was difficult to find out things.
Second, there was no outdoor fresh water shower to use. Appreciate that water is a limited resource on the island but would have been good on last day to have been able to swim up to departure then have a quick shower to get the salt water off.
La atención perfecta, excelentes instalaciones, muy buen ambiente, te recibe el administrador, y te brindan ayuda en todo lo que necesites (tours adicionales u otros servicios)

Birds poo and birds pooing everywhere. That is not hotel's fault but it is the reality
Kambarys su vaizdu į jūrą tobulas. Nuostabūs pusryčiai, aptarnavimas puikus.
Akmenys įlipant į vandenį. Reikia specialių batų. Brangūs alkoholiniai gėrimai.
El lugar es increible, realmente unico. Disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones. Las aves hacen que este hotel sea unico en el mundo y creo que deberian potenciar el valor que tiene esto. Disfrutamos mucho haciendo snorquel en las playas del hotel. La habitacion muy comoda y limpia. La comida muy buena.
Considero que para lo lejos que queda el hotel de cartagena deberian contar con transporte incluido. Es costoso llegar a la isla y viajar en una lancha pequeña y con tanta gente incomoda un poco la experiencia.
Luego de las 3 pm los turistas se van y quedan solo los huéspedes con la isla para nosotros, muy tranquilo, muchas aves y el mar tranquilo. La habitación amplia y cómoda
La comida no era de lo mejor.
El baño del dormitorio estaba malo y no lo pudieron reparar del todo

Es muy tranquilo y la playa es linda, la atención es buena ya que nos ayudaron a gestionar una pasadía a bora bora que es su otro complejo y también nuestra lancha hacia baru.
No incluyen agua para beber en la estadía, la comida es poco variada y es bastante costosa.
Al ser un santuario de aves habían muchos desechos de las mismas y la playa que daba hacia las habitaciones no tenía tan buen olor.
