An (almost) Excellent Stay - Recommended
Pros:

I am a returning guest at Palmera Beach Hotel, due to its prime location, value for money, cleanliness, and facilities. It is always worth the money spent for my stay there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time I was allocated a room on the first floor right next to the wooden staircase leading to Reception. The lobby, which is in the same area as Reception has also got a billiards. As one can imagine, I could hear the sound of billiards, people climbing up and down the stairs, their shoes tapping against the wooden steps of the staircase, as well as people chattering whilst walking to/from their room. Out of the two nights of my stay, I woke up 4 times in the middle of the night because of that, whereas on the second night, due to bad weather, there were almost no people around the staircase at night. Also, I noticed the following morning that there is a glass door in-between Reception and the staircase, which was thankfully closed, consequently filtering out any sound coming from downstairs (it was wide open on the first night, hence why I didn't know it existed, otherwise I would've got downstairs to close it myself).

Le personnel incroyablement gentille ! Merci à elle, l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait, une vue magnifique

Cons:

Le parking ?? Annoncé sur booking mais inexistant ou peu garer très très très peu de voiture, et très compliqué pour se garer au tour de l’hôtel !
J’ai réserver une chambre deluxe, avec un terrasse toujours à l’ombre… dommage
L’eau du jacouzie n’étais pas très propre et le jacouzie en lui même pas mal abimé !
La fenêtre dans la salle de bain était cassé, une jolie chambre mais très basique pour une chambre deluxe !

Pros:

De fijne ligging in Chersonissos en het bovengemiddeld smakelijke en bijzonder geserveerde eten zijn hier de toppers.
Ook de bedden zijn bovengemiddeld aangenaam.
Neem een kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel en je hebt ook nog eens de zee als je rustgevende buurman.

Cons:

De wellness is echt te duur. Functioneerde ook niet op alle vlakken (sauna was lauw). Geen excuses of compensatie daarvoor. De grootte van het hotel zorgt er ook voor dat er nogal wat 'procedures' en langs elkaar heen werkende teams van medewerkers zijn.

Der gute freundliche Service im Restaurant, der tolle kleine Fitnessraum auf dem Hotel, die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Hotelparkplatz und das gute Essen am Abendbuffet sind uns positiv aufgefallen.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmertüren sehr hellhörig und die Zimmerreinigung nur oberflächlich.
