המיקום של המלון מנצח! במרכז העניינים לכיוון הנמל ותחילת הטיילת הכל ברגל. צוות המלון היה נחמד מאוד, עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, כולל ליווי לחנייה של הרכב
החדר שלנו היה בקומה שלישית עם נוף לים ונהננו מאוד! החדר מעוצב כפרי כזה, נחמד מאוד.

A very nice hotel

The hotel was lovely, the spa is beautiful and the staff were lovely. They have a lovely area for sunbeds on the water that is served by a staff member.

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights in a premium room, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.

The biggest issue was the staff. The day before renting a car, we asked the reception whether parking would be available. We were clearly told that parking was free of charge and that we only needed to provide the license plate number upon arrival. However, when we arrived with the rental car, the staff completely denied the agreement. Although there were six empty parking spaces available, we were told to leave. Because the access road is extremely narrow, I could not even turn the car around safely. It took around 10 minutes just to get the barrier opened so I could manoeuvre the vehicle, and another 30 minutes of unnecessary arguing before management was finally contacted and the promised parking access was granted. The entire situation could have been avoided if the staff had simply honoured what had already been agreed.

The attitude of several staff members throughout this incident was hostile, dismissive and highly unprofessional. As guests staying for eight nights in a premium room, we expected respectful and solution-oriented service, but instead we experienced unnecessary confrontation over a problem created entirely by the hotel.

The half-board dining experience was also disappointing. Nobody informed us that drinks at dinner were not included, and they were simply charged to our room without any prior notice. The food selection was limited, repetitive and far below the standard expected from a hotel in this category. Even the "orange juice" served at breakfast was a low-quality orange-flavoured drink rather than real juice.

Finally, the private jacuzzi on our balcony was delivered in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for a very long time.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei jeglichen Fragen und Anliegen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, modern, sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Es ist ein extrem lauter Ort, an dem überwiegend Party-Touristen sind, die leider schon nachmittags bis spät in den Morgen um 5Uhr unangenehm laut und alkoholisiert sind. Ich wollte eigentlich mir einen entspannten Urlaub organisieren, aber musste deswegen sogar frühzeitig das Hotel verlassen. Ich hätte mir hier teilweise eine strengere Handhabe des Hotels gewünscht. Das Hotel ist mir hier aber sehr entgegenkommen und ich konnte kulanterweise vorzeitig den Aufenthalt beenden. Der Strand war leider extrem steinig und sauber war der Bereich auch nicht. Spazieren zu gehen ist hier auch unangenehm, weil in der Umgebung nur sehr laute Etablissements sind, die eben auf Party-Tourismus ausgelegt sind. Wenn man Ruhe haben möchte, sollte man diesen Standort vermeiden. Auch das Essen war nicht auf dem Niveau, wie ich es bisher auf Griechenland erlebt habe. Auch in dem Fitnessraum gab es keine einfachen Sportmatten, so wie es auf den Bildern sehr irreführend dargestellt ist. Letztlich hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr gestimmt, da ich etwas ganz anderes erwartet hätte.

Tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Super lieber Service und eine große, wechselnde Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt als Hotelgast 10% Nachlass im hauseigenen Restaurant.

Cons:

Im Innenhof und auch auf den Balkonen ist es schwer zu entspannen, da die Rohre aus der Küche ziemlich laut sind. Auch unser Zimmer war nicht zu 100% sauber, was bei dem Preis schon zu erwarten ist.

Pros:

A személyzet figyelmessége, segítőkészsége kiemelkedő volt, abszolút elégedettek voltunk velük. Az ételek minősége és változatossága lenyűgöző volt, a szobák tiszták, viszonylag jól felszereltek. A hotel konditerme jól felszerelet és kitűnő rálátást biztosít a tengerre és a környező partszakaszra.

Cons:

A szálloda nem rendelkezik saját partszakasszal, napozóágyakkal, legközelebbi helyen is fizetni kell értük. A szálloda wellnes részleggel ugyan rendelkezik, ám fizetni kell a használatért pluszba. A szoba alapfelszereltségéhez tartozó széf használatáért is fizetni kell. Az oldalon több képen is látszódik egy part menti étkező terasz, azonban a félpanziós ellátással rendelkező vendégek nem ott kapják a reggelit/vacsorát, hanem a hotel belső éttermében.

Egy hely ahová még visszajövünk!
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el, karnyújtásnyira a tengertől. Nagyon kedves személyzet, minőségi, változatos ételek, jól felszerelt szoba. Volt egy pici technikai problémánk a szobában, amit nagyon gyorsan orvosoltak, viszont mindezek mellett felajánlottak egy magasabb kategóriájú szobát, amit nem kértünk. Ezért cserébe a vacsoránál az aznapi italfogyasztásunkat a szálloda magára vállalta. A távozás előtti este jeleztük, hogy a transzferünk a távozási időhöz képest később érkezik, díjmentesen biztosították a részünkre azt is, hogy tovább maradhassunk! Minden elismerésem a szálloda személyzetének és a Hotel Manager-nek a hozzáállásuk miatt.
