El restaurante sí estaba muy rico y el personal muy amable

Cons:

La zona es horrible, muy insegura. Mucho mejor buscar en otras zonas como Laureles que parecen mucho más seguras.
Además llegamos y la habitación que teníamos estaba plagada de moho de la humedad, nos cambiaron a otra habitación muy amablemente pero luego no había agua caliente. Un desastre

Charmant hôtel avec un super personnel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, ambiance apaisante et calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Une belle terrasse et rooftop pour se poser ou manger. La chambre double était convenable et propre. A 5 min à pied du métro Prado rendant les déplacements dans la ville très faciles. Des chiens très mignons!

Cons:

Les chiens font pipi et caca par terre a l'intérieur... Mais c'est nettoyé assez vite dès qu'ils le voient. Pas de gel douche/shampoing, savon main dans la chambre. Le matelas pourrait être plus confortable.

comfortable, good food, and good service
Pros:

very good service they were extra kind to put me in a very quiet room so I could sleep before a very early airport run. also enjoyed a very good meal at the restaurant.

Todo. El personal súper amable, muy cerca del metro Prado y mucho más tranquilo que en el propio centro Plaza Botero. Todo a tiro de piedra.

L’accueil parfait, tres sympathique et surtout très aidant ! Les chambres sont spatieuses, propres et les lits sont très confortables. Possibilité de diner. La cuisine est délicieuse.

Cons:

L’emplacement n’est pas safe dès la nuit tombée. Il faut se déplacer en taxi. Mais le jour, pas de souci. Le métro est à proximité.

Habitaciones espaciosas. Comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Horario de disponibilidad de almuerzos, a partir de la 1pm. Ojalá sea desde las 12 u ofrezcan desayuno-almuerzo con carne y sin huevos. Pues no hay muchos restaurantes cerca, y facilita salir temprano del hotel con el estómago lleno a conocer la ciudad.
