料金提示方法に難あり。滞在は快適。
Pros:

Privately managed room でアラモアナホテルとは別に管理されている部屋です。31階の部屋が工事が入るとのことで、34階の同タイプの部屋のリビューです。
2ヶ月前に同じホテルのホテル管理の部屋に比較して、バスルームなどがきちんとメンテナンスされていました。
お皿やシリアルボウル、カトラリーが備えつけてあり(ホテル管理の部屋にはなかった！)アラモアナセンターのフードコートやスーパーの食品をいただくのに、とても重宝しました。食器洗い洗剤やスポンジ、クッキングペーパーも常備されていて、助かりました。

Cons:

無料キャンセル期間後(到着の3日ほど前)に、Booking.comで支払った料金とは別に、以下の料金がかかると連絡がありました。

8泊したので、$342.10を追加で支払いました。滞在そのものは快適だったので、最初の予約画面に表示しておいてくれたら、嫌な気持ちにならないのにと、残念に思いました。
Booking.comで提示された料金はホテル管理の部屋より低料金だったのですが、追加費用を足すと、ほぼ同じ金額でした。
また、8泊の間、ルームクリーニングは一度も入りません。部屋に掃除機やゴミ袋があるので、自分でする分には問題ありませんが…

We loved this hotel room and the hotel itself was amazing. Great location and super close to Ala Moana beach which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, tanning.

Wonderful home base for a week long stay
Pros:

Location was very convenient and amenities were nice

Cons:

Only very minor details but could have used a little more soap for our week-long stay. Also, the shower was a little bit finicky, but overall there were no major problems

Notwithstanding, we liked the hotel and would stay in it again but not in a privately managed unit.
Pros:

Location and stunning views.

Cons:

Our room was privately managed and not by the hotel itself. We had to pay an extra $125 at check-in apart from the room cost which was already hefty. We realised after that this was in the fine print of our booking confirmation. On entering the room we found only a half roll of toilet paper.

a really disappointed stay
Pros:

the room was called studio but was a normal room with partial view of the ocean!

Cons:

i arrived in the middle of the night nobody advise the hotel of my reservation and of course nobody was available.. the price is 20 $ less of the real hotel where i stayed last time
at the 35 floor
plus there is not service so no cleaning for 4 days !! today after i advised twice and pay for the key did not work for the late check out
so i had to go back and the hotel was not advised
I pay a supplement of 195 USD at the Hotel!!
so at the end i pay much more with no service !
I was really upset! and annoyed as they do not reimburse you !
i love the Hotel and i stay there every time I stop over for the Pacific ! but i will be careful next time as i was thinking that the 31 was the VIP floor lol … never again
