It is dirty, rundown, old gross building smelled, the cabinets have a terrible overwhelming misty moldy smell, I bought my own coffee mug snd didn't use the provided dishes bc I didn't want to open them. The shower pressure was nonexistent, they charge for any dirt on the white towels but will give you the stained towels that someone else stained. The valet was slow bc there are 500 units in this hotel and there are no other options for parking so ypu will wait 30+ mins to drop off and pick up your car at peak hours. This is not an apartment like the pics show, it is a hotel room that an individual bought and put in a kitchenette. Its small its dirty rundown and not worth the price. Will never stay here again. Really ruined my trip. I slept horribly, my back and neck hurt every morning. Im sure their is mold behind those walls. I felt ill just being inside the building. Do not recommend.
Location is perfect for the beach. We had even foldable chairs in the ap to use. The laundry machines were in -1 floor but worked smoothly, which was important for us after being 10 days on the road. The place is nice, very functional, just a bit outdated.
Dine was complicated not much options in walking distance. Also the parking was a nightmare - we had to wait for 30+ min for our car to be taken out by the valet. Also it is so busy that one has to wait for the elevator for 5 + min. All those small things didn't spoil our stay but were annoying.

The property was nice and nothing to dislike but have some feedback to share.
Tap in the kitchen was wobbly. Would recommend getting it fixed.
The shower had lots of sand in it. Looks like the cleaner missed it. Not a big deal as I guess it was a one off miss.
Accommodation was nice but smaller than I expected. We were 3 adults and with our luggage, it felt like it was at its capacity.

The view and access to the beach were truly spectacular. We loved leaving the curtains open and waking up to the gorgeous sunrises over the beach. The host was very helpful and informative from the very beginning. Everything we needed was available inside of the apartment, including dishes, kitchen appliances, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys.
The valet parking was very chaotic when we arrived. It was difficult to figure out where to go for check-in because the valet that greeted us was clearly stressed out and was yelling at people. However, the rest of our stay, they were amazing!!
7th Heaven is an Uber ride away from the main attractions but the views overlooking the Atlantic are stupendous! We have fabulous photos of the sunrise, just perfect.
The best part of 7th Heaven is the host. Most fantastic communications through the whole process. The flat was clean and tidy, plenty of towels, toilet paper etc etc, he had thought of everything including a selection of beach toys for children.
Honestly Roger is a star, he is a great host and this is a fantastic place to stay - enjoy
Free beach trolley stop just outside. Food kiosk at pool surprisingly good. Snacks and drinks were. Lively and unexpected gesture. Very responsive host!
Too small for family of 4. Very big block of apartments with all types staying there, at times not feeling entirely safe. Common areas felt run down. 15 minute uber to South Beach which wasn’t as convenient as we were hoping.
Amazing views and clean, modern room. A very comfortable place to retreat at the end of long days. The hosts were very accommodating. It was a great experience.
There was lots of traffic in and out of the hotel, and unfortunately, there was some renovation and construction on/around the property. However, the room was fantastic.
I enjoyed my entire stay. First of all, I want to say Thank You to Mr. Roger Ceroni for making our stay the best. He was very helpful and responded back in a very timely manner...7 Heaven Miami come highly recommended. Everything you need for the beach is right in the room ....And VALET PARKING was awesome. Wonderful Staff....Thanks Again...

The elevator system was a lousy design and not very intuitive.
Great location on the beach. Which was clean and easy to access. The staff was great and owners were very helpful and excellent communicators. They did everything they could to assist us and make our stay memorable. Valet parking was a big plus. No long waits even at height of season.
Room was smaller than expected. This location was/is a hotel with certain units owned and updated to be used as rentals. Bed was only full size which should have been noted in description. Pool was not available as undergoing maintenance (also not disclosed until arrival).
