Schöner kleiner Wellness Bereich, sehr gutes frühstücken mit aussergewöhnlichen freundlichen Personal , schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen , sehr bequemes Bett, schöner Balkon

Keine Garderobe im Zimmer, man kann Jacken bei Schlechtwetter, ja nicht in den Schrank hängen, stauraum im Kasten für eine Woche Aufenthalt zu gering

Cons:

L’accueil du premier jour : froid et hautain. Impression de déranger la personne ! Fort heureusement, nous ne l’avons plus recroisée au cours du séjour.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Alles war perfekt. Strandnähe und Altstadtnähe.

Praktisch wäre noch eine strandtasche gewesen, mit Handtüchern. So muss man die Handtücher in einer eigenen Tasche mitnehmen. Wasser und Kaffee am Zimmer sind nur am 1. Tag inkludiert - Kaffee und Tee sowie 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag am Zimmer könnten aufgrund der Preiskategorie bereits inbegriffen sein.

Overall it was okay.
Pros:

Totally appreciate that this is an adults-only hotel. Property well looked after, quiet environment. Very close to Novigrad centre and old town. Room was spacious with view over the swimming pool. Generous balcony size. Hot breakfast cooked by chef was really tasty. Totally appreciate that the night staff would wait for us to come back late before closing the gates.

Cons:

This hotel did not meet my expectations of a luxury establishment. I will leave it at that.

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We loved it - coming back 2026
Pros:

Staff and Hotel are amazing. Any wishes were fulfilled, we felt like if we needed anything ever they would take care of it!
Special big shout out to Ben who was the most kind and lovely person ever, we are already looking forward to seeing him next year!

Cons:

Only thing i would maybe change would be the choices at breakfast - they stay the same every day and one of the options (minute steak) was never available- the quality of the breakfast however was very good every day!

Highly recommend this hotel, gorgeous
Pros:

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was really good quality. The location is a lovely 10minutes stroll from the town. We couldn't have asked for more.
