Didn't get to stay
Pros:

The location was why I chose it and hone 2 suites is where I like staying. Things usually go well with them.

Cons:

Got to the hotel and they told me I wasn't able to check in because there computers were down and they didn't know how long it would be. I had just flown in want to relax and get a shower and couldn't do anything but sit around waiting for hours until I had to find another hotel last minute and itcost me more.

A tad disappointed
Pros:

Location, price, room

Cons:

The young lady on duty didn't give time of breakfast like the others that I've encountered there have. She was like elevator, 2nd floor. If I wasn't a regular, how would I have know where the elevator was if not in sign distance? I'm usually impressed with how clean the rooms are. I got into the restroom and hair was on the floor and in the tub.

Muy lindo hotel nuevo, sobre la autopista , el personal muy bien todo ok, las habitaciones muy comodas y grandes, la zona es para manejarse en auto

Perfect stay in Dallas at Home2 Suites.
Pros:

It was really great. The staff was always very friendly, the room was very big and the whole hotel was always very clean and in perfect conditions.
The location is very convenient. We were very close to everywhere and didn’t notice that we were 300 meters away from the highway.
Thank you very much for this perfect stay.
We’ll be back for sure and also recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Like I wrote. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful the whole time, except for this young lady at the counter.
No laughing, short answers, with absolutely no feeling for the job she’s doing.
She was just there for her shift and nothing else. Really a pitty.

My stay was really good. The location, room and breakfast all exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen had all I required. The location is nice and quiet, but close to good shops. There are also good facilities that give value for money. I would stay here over and over again. It's a fantastic place with friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I did not need to complain about anything. The hotel is also close to good shops and all that I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff, too, were really nice and always happy to help.
