Poco confortable la estancia por ruido y calor
Pros:

Supermercado cerca y algun restaurante que otro. Controlando los tranvías tienes uno al lado. Está lejos del centro para moverse a pie, 1 hora al menos.

Cons:

Ático con un calor horrible sin aire acondicionado. Había dos ventiladores de los cuales le faltaba la rejilla a uno. Si habrías los ventanales no podías dormir del ruido ya que la calle es súper transitada. Coches y tranvía a todas horas. Es más pequeño de lo que aprecias en las fotos y no tiene salón ni televisión.

Очень удобная кровать, в апартаменты легко попасть (простой доступ/заселение).

Cons:

Из-за того, что рядом находятся больница и медицинский университет, по утрам и вечерам было очень шумно. Также сейчас сложно добираться на метро: из-за ремонтных работ закрыто много станций, поезда задерживаются или не приходят, а поездка до центра занимает больше 40 минут.

Pros:

The apartment was clean, and spacious. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom, kitchen and balcony/terrace were all great. The location was very convenient, the city centre was very easily accessible by walking or tram. We especially appreciated having a fan in the room as it was quite hot. We would definitely stay here again!

I totally recommend this apartment
Pros:

The location is really great, the metro station is just 3 minutes away. The apartment was clean and really beautiful. The views from the windows were amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Nice, large apartment, grest terace in the backyard

Cons:

Přijeli jsme ve čtyřech, 2 dospělí a 2 děti (13, 16 let). Počítalo se s tím, že budou spát na rozkládacích gaučích v obývacím pokoji. Nebylo tam ale žádné povlečení. Pouze pro 2 lidi v ložnici. Chyběli ručníky. Ani po upozornění se žádná náprava nekonala. Spát na ne příliš pohodlném a čistém gauči bez čistého povlečení není nic příjemného.

занадто коротка шторка в душі, не прибрано під ліжком, плями на постільній білизні, на підлозі дірки в паркеті, в кухонному столі щілина, не було солі і цукру, кава не була розрахована на кількість людей, всі склянки припали пилом, із закритими вікнами чути все що відбувається на вулиці, брудні стільці на кухні, після минулих гостей залишилася закрутка від сережки

Sehr gute Lage. Individuellerer Check-In wünschenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Appartement (Nr. 12) ist nur fünf Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station (U6) entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche. Alles ist sauber und es stehen für die heißeren Tage Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Die Eincheckzeit war etwas problematisch. Wir wollten das Donauinselfest besuchen und haben angefragt ob wir früher einchecken können. Dies wurde verneint und ein Check-In Fenster von 15:00 - 22:00 angegeben. Dazu mussten wir vom Fest wegfahren um den Check-In zu machen und dann wieder zurück. Dies war sehr umständlich vor allem wenn man bedenkt dass dort keine Personen anwesend waren bei denen man sich anmeldet sondern die Unterkunft mit einem Zahlencode gesperrt wird. Demnach hätte bei einer aufrechten Buchung der Check-In ja auch nach 22:00 in der Nacht stattfinden können. Das Appartement entspricht nicht den Bildern.

Unplanned construction during our stay, promised a partial refund has not arrived 1 month later

Great location, really easy to get to. Very well organised and a nice space to hang out in.

Cons:

Midway through our stay, we were interrupted one morning by a guy letting himself into the flat. We had a language barrier, but he was clearly very surprised to see us. He was there to do construction on the balcony, and needed to be in the flat all day. We had no notice of this, and it was incredibly uncomfortable / disruptive - I had to be on a zoom call at one point in the bedroom while he was using a woodsaw in the kitchen, it was really loud The guy was nice, but I was trying to relax. We contacted Vienna Living and were told that this had been organised by the landlord in error, and that no booking should have been made while works were ongoing. David promised me a partial refund, but I have not received this despite following up four times - every time he says it will be sorted, but this hasn't happened.
