Me gustó mucho la ubicación y, sobre todo, la comodidad del hotel y de las habitaciones. El trato del personal fue excelente; siempre fueron muy amables y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Los desayunos también fueron variados, ricos y muy bien preparados. En general, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía.
Creo que, en general, todo me gustó y no tendría mayores observaciones. Como recomendación, quizá sería bueno ir temprano a desayunar, ya que el restaurante no es muy grande. Cuando hay muchos huéspedes, habilitan el patio para colocar más mesas, lo cual resulta cómodo, aunque implica tener que entrar y salir del patio al restaurante para servirse.
Por otro lado, considerando que es un hotel al que suelen ir familias, podría ser una buena idea incorporar algunos juegos o un pequeño espacio de entretenimiento para niños. Sería un bonito complemento para la estadía de las familias.

Excellent hotel. Great wifi, good rooms, great breakfast spread! Also, the restaurant is open basically all day which suits us early eaters. The staff were all friendly despite the language barrier. The pickup from the airport was included and was very convenient.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and close walking distance to the square with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfast. We received a upgrade for our room with a jacuzzi tub and massage chair. Muchas gracias!
