Love the location next to the ocean. The accommodation was nicely updated, spacious and stocked with appropriate stuff(beach chairs, etc) for the location.

Location, Location is the best!! It’s so amazing to have the beach park as your front yard, minutes to the healing waters for daily dunks whenever you like. Wonderful to have one permanent parking spot. The condo is layed out pretty well. Pictures make it look bigger and air conditioning flow very limited. But this location is fantastic!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, Balkon mit Blick auf den traumhaften Carlsmith Beach Park, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Volcano Nationalpark oder zum Mauna Kea Observatorium sowie zu den Akaka Wasserfällen, der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist super.

Stylish furniture and decor

Very nicely renovated unit with a well equipped kitchen containg basics like herbs and oil to make self catering easy. Sitting on the screened balcony overlooking the water was the best start to the day. The beach area was great for snorkelling with many turtle sightings. Its a good place to base yourself for a visit to the volcano's.

An exceptionally equipped condo with everything you might need to enjoy the ocean - beach chairs, towels, boogie board, snorkeling gear, and lots more. There were two umbrellas for those times when the sky would open up.
While we chose not to cook much, the kitchen was extremely well equipped for those who do. The air conditioner in the main bedroom made the afternoons and nights an oasis from the heat. And the location, right next to a wonderful beach park and across the street from a great seafood restaurant suited our needs to a tee.

Great place right next to a beach and with a communal pool which my kids loved. Perfect stay for a family of 4 with everything we needed and a dedicated parking spot as well.

The apartment was nice, well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. We were disappointed to find out that only the main bedroom had an air conditioner in it. The street traffic and noise made it hard to enjoy the lanai and since the second bedroom didn’t have A/C our kids had a hard time sleeping with the noise and heat.
The pool was not heated and was pretty dirty looking - we only went in once.
Location next to Carlsmith beach was the best part!

What an amazing property, just steps away from Carl Smith Beach!!! The property was clean and cool with a beautiful balcony that overlooked the beach. I was impressed that there were so many nice, considerate touches like: extra beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, sunburn gel, change and laundry pods, etc. The owner was wonderful!!!!! My family was soooo impressed! I will definitely come again and recommend this property to all my friends 🧡!!!

Perfect location next to a beautiful snorkeling lagoon. Could just hang out there the whole vacation and be happy. The condo was very clean, pretty decor, lots of room, nice assigned parking spot. Friendly touches like laundry soap and quarters provided, beach chairs, towels. A little hot at night, but can sleep perfectly with a fan on you. Sounds like an AC will be installed very soon in the main bedroom, which would make it even more awesome. Staying in Hilo is the best - so much to do on that side of the island. Our daughters loved it here and we would all love to come back and stay in this condo again one day.

Very good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The host paid attention to many details including leaving detergent and change in quarters for the laundry machines. They also left a couple of necklaces and a box of chocolates for us. Nice touches.
The condo was attractively decorated.
The kitchen was well stocked and all communications were prompt and helpful.

Loved the beach in our backyard…it is a rocky cove area but there are a couple of sandy spots to set up for the day. Plenty of shallow sandy bottom areas to dip in. The snorkeling was fantastic! We saw many fish and four turtles during our visit. Less than 10 minute drive into Hilo, less than an hour to Volcano National Park, many restaurants and shops in town. Our favorites were “Pineapples” and “Liko Lehua Cafe”. Head to the nearby Kaumana Cave (now open) and quick ride to Botanical Gardens (Beautiful!) Lastly, regarding the area there are many, many nearby parks along the coast.
Loved the screened patio and well equipped kitchen facilities in the condo. Everything was clean and well appointed. We didn’t use the pool so will not evaluate it.
We would definitely stay here in the future! Loved it!
