Pros:

Early Check in war möglich

Cons:

Aussenanlagen nicht sauber, Teile vom Hotel sind verwahrlost, Müll auf Hotelanlage gelagert. strandliegen und schirme veraltet u kaputt.

Kamer voldoet niet aan de basisnormen voor hygiëne en onderhoud.
Cons:

Bij aankomst merkten we dat de kamer niet was schoongemaakt. Ook nadat we hadden aangegeven dat de kamer niet proper was, werd enkel het bed verschoond. We spraken de manager aan, maar hij kon of wou ons niet verder helpen en adviseerde ons om Booking.com te contacteren. Toen Booking.com contact opnam, bleek het hotel niet bereid om mee te werken.

Ook het domein is niet meer in de staat die op de foto's wordt getoond. Grote delen van het gebouw zijn verlaten en er wordt duidelijk weinig aandacht besteed aan hygiëne en onderhoud. We hebben hier uiteindelijk niet overnacht.

Ik raad dit hotel sterk af.

Konumun ulaşımı oldukça kolay ve rahat. Ayrıca manzarası gerçekten etkileyici

Cons:

Sitede check-in saati 13.00 olarak görünmesine rağmen resepsiyonda 14.00 olduğu söylendi. Biz otele 14.30’da ulaştığımızda odamızın henüz hazır olmadığı belirtildi ve beklememiz istendi. Odamıza ancak 15.30’da giriş yapabildik. Bu süreçte net bir açıklama yapılmadı, sürekli geçiştirildiğimizi hissettik.

Bekleme sırasında en azından bir ikram talep ettik. İlk başta böyle bir uygulamalarının olmadığını söylediler, daha sonra ise soğuk kahve ikram edildi.( sıcak istemiştik)

Asıl hayal kırıklığını ise odamıza giriş yaptığımızda yaşadık. Odanın temizlenmediği çok açıktı. Klozette kir ve izler vardı, odada sabun bulunmuyordu. Minibarda biri boş, diğeri yarım bırakılmış şişeler vardı. Yatak örtüsünü açtığımızda ise içerisinde susam taneleri bulduk. Bu da çarşafların değiştirilmediğini, yalnızca düzeltilmiş olduğunu düşündürdü.

Toplam üç oda tutmuştuk ve ne yazık ki her odada hijyen konusunda farklı eksiklikler mevcuttu. Bu nedenle temizlik ve müşteri memnuniyeti açısından ciddi iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Too many things to be improved

Next to Dead Sea

Cons:

The rooms were not ready until 15.00h, even though checking time is 14.00h. Rooms were not clean, staff forgot about it whenever we asked for something (extra towels, sheet etc.) There was a pool bar, but we have never found someone to order things. To get to the beach of Dead Sea, you have to go down a lot of stairs and on the way back climb a lot too, not very suitable for elderly or physically disabled people.

In generally you can find pool, good beach site with showers .

Cons:

Not maintaining well. Yes its cheaper than others resort , but if you choosing this hotel don’t expect good dining , food not good at all there.

Cons:

The key card didn’t work at all. We went to the reception four times but staff was not helpful. Even sometimes, the receptionist is not present at all and take rest in back office. Very unprofessional.

Loved everything just needed more service on the beach
Pros:

The location was really nice, the spot on the sea was also good m, the room was super spacious and with wonderful seaview

Cons:

To go to the sea you have to go on around 100+ steps which was not comfortable for us and also there was only one umbrella on the sea and no service on the sea from the staff. The pool bar had super loud music.

I’ve stayed on this property but actually was a disaster, first there was no water in the bathroom for like an hour, the breakfast was like 2 dishes with bo options at all, even i asked for a spoon and they answered they dont have, the pool water was too cold, it was like a ghost house, this place should not be classified as a property on booking, you need to take an action on this, i paid 100 JD for completely nothing

Bonne situation en face de la mer morte, chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse et une superbe vue.
Beaucoup de verdure ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Une grande et belle piscine et un accès direct à la plage de la mer morte.
Un grand merci au chef de la sécurité Zayd qui a bien préparé et a bien gardé nos affaires personnelles que nous avons oublié dans le coffre fort de l'hôtel et que nous sommes revenus les chercher le lendemain sans problème. Encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe....nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Séjour très agréable, rien à dire, l’accès direct à la Mer Morte avec sa petite plage est top. Le personnel est adorable.
Le seul bémol c’est la musique au bord de la piscine tout l’après-midi
