Pros:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Das Balance gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmergröße war für uns völlig ausreichend und der Zustand der Einrichtung machte einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die persönliche Beratung durch den Chef an der Bar – das erlebt man nicht oft und hat den Aufenthalt für uns aufgewertet. Auch Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr angenehm und professionell.
Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, könnte aber hinsichtlich Auswahl und Vielfalt noch etwas ausgebaut werden. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist insgesamt sehr edel und hochwertig. Preislich empfand ich den Aufenthalt persönlich als eher hoch angesetzt, wobei das Niveau des Hauses grundsätzlich dazu passt.
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre aus meiner Sicht ein hochwertigeres Toilettenpapier, da dies nicht ganz zum sonst sehr gehobenen Eindruck des Hotels gepasst hat.
Trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Prinzipiell gab es keine großartig negativen Punkte.
Das Toilettenpapier könnte meiner Meinung nach hochwertiger sein und der Pool außen etwas wärmer.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Blick auf den See, kulinarisch top & exzellentes Service!!!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter des Balance Hotels waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen waren perfekt, die angebotenen Zwischenmahlzeiten haben wir nicht konsumiert. Das Spa ist weitläufig und vielfältig … wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excelente para desfrutar o silêncio a dois.
Pros:

Das opções de entretenimento, como as salas de conversa, jogos de totó, gamão e xadrez e bar. Os quadros ornamentais dos ambientes fazen-nos viajar através do personagens retratados.
O hotel disponibiliza roupão e toalhas para uso na piscina aquecida durante o inverno.

Cons:

As borbulhas da piscina térmica são ativadas por um botão na borda da piscina. Porém falta uma indicação (placa indicativa) para que os usuários possam acessá-lo sem a necessidade de socilitar um funcionário para fazer o acionamento.
Penso que a fruta kiwi poderia ter um segundo corte (para retirada do talo superior), tornando descascar da fruta mais fácil.
Máquinas de café e caputino com alto atendimento, sem a necessidade de solicitar aos atendentes.

Kellemes hétvégét töltöttünk el nyugodt környezetben.
Pros:

A szálloda csendes környezetben van, így lehetőség van a pihenésre. Bőséges és egészséges választék volt reggelire. A szoba szép és kényesmes volt, a tóra nyíló kilátással.

Cons:

Nagyobb wellnessre számítottunk, de így is ki lehetett kapcsolódni.

Wir haben ein Zimmerupdate zum Silvesteraufenthalt erhalten.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit Feedback zum Abendessen zu geben - Anmerkungen werden berücksichtigt. Das Abendessen war überwiegend ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Das Zimmer von unserem Update war am ersten Tag sehr kalt. Preis und Qualität der Getränke an der Bar stimmen nicht überein. Preis für die Nächtigung über Silvester ist deutlich teurer als zu anderen Zeiten und das Gala-Dinner wird für Hotelgäste, zwar vergünstigt, aber trotzdem verrechnet?! Vegetarische Hauptspeise beim Gala-Dinner war enttäuschend.

Cons:

Obwohl es Spa Hotel heißt, gibt es nur einen kleinen Pool Bereich und die Saunas werden erst um 11 Uhr eingeschalten, was der Check-out Zeit entspricht. Um den Spa Bereich am Abreisetag zu nutzen, müssen 35€ pro Person bezahlt werden.

Wunderschönes Hotel, außerordentlich gute Küche! Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, vom Chef/Chefin über Barmann bis zum Reinigungsmann im Spa Bereich! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Unsere Hündin war sehr willkommen, wir hatten beim Frühstück und Abendessen einen extra Platz bekommen wo sie mit dabei sein konnte! Danke .....wir kommen sicher wieder

Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich ist super ausgestattet und hat absolut zur Entspannung beigetragen. Preis-/Leistung total in Ordnung. Der Barchef hat uns begeistert, selten jemanden mit so einer Passion und Fachexpertise erlebt. Generell das Personal war sehr bemüht und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen!

Cons:

Wenn man hier unbedingt jammern möchte, dann evtl. über die Pooltemperatur im Freibecken, die etwas niedrig war, was bei diesen niedrigen Außentemperaturen aber auch nachvollziehbar ist.

Traumhafte Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, an der Bar bekommt man bis 17 Uhr "Kleinigkeiten" zum Essen. Ein toller Ausblick auf den Wörthersee. Sauberer Wellnessbereich. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Es war schade das wir keinen Platz mehr zum Abendessen im Restaurant bekommen haben. Aber das hat die Bar/Lounge wieder wett gemacht, denn dort gibt es bis 17 Uhr auch eine "kleine" Karte. Und es war sehr, sehr lecker! Und ausreichend!

Our stay at Balance Spa and Hotel was heartfelt and truly special. The hotel is very family-oriented, and the staff make you feel genuinely known and cared for. They even surprised us with a special gluten-free birthday cake for our daughter, which meant a lot to us.

The food was absolutely outstanding—gourmet-level, delicious, and made with so much heart. Every meal reflected the care and talent of Andrea Grossman, whose cooking is simply incredible and full of thoughtful touches.

The sauna experience was another highlight, especially the Soul Aufguss led by Carmen. She created a beautiful, moving atmosphere and even sang during the Aufguss, which we really loved. She also prepared a special cream for us to use between sessions—a lovely detail.

The room was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and warm. Overall, Balance Spa and Hotel is a place where you feel personally cared for in every detail.

Хороший отель, если приезжаете в spa. Если рядом все занято. Есть парковка. Небольшой вид на озеро. Для 4 звёзд и такой цены , больше ничего. Халаты есть, понятно spa, тапочек нет. Завтрак минимальный, выбора кроме сухих каш, нет. Красиво, интересно, но для этой цены - дороговато.

Cons:

Завтрак для такого отеля просто ужас. Контакт персонала минимальный. Ни слова про услуги спа и бассейна. Не очень удобный заезд.

Unser schönster Aufenthalt in Österreich.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren super. Das Frühstück mega lecker. Alles sehr sauber und schöne Zimmer. Der Pool mit dem Außenbereich wurde jeden Tag von uns genutzt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Probleme wurden sich sofort angenommen und es wurde nach einer Lösung gesucht und direkt umgesetzt. Großes Lob an die Rezeption. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. :)

Spa molto bella e grande. Personale molto gentile

Cons:

Qualità prezzo un po troppo elevata. Arrivati alle 15 (orario di check in) e nella zona spa non c’era posto nei lettini in quanto l’acceso è disponibile anche per i non ospiti dell’hotel. Cena non da hotel 4stelle . Per usufruire della spa il giorno del check out chiedono 35€ a testa.
