早餐區的員工顧著補東西，有其他客人告知說有食物掉地上，好像是一團馬鈴薯泥，怕被別人踩到滑倒，請他幫忙處理，說等一下後繼續補茶包咖啡之類的，當時沒有人等著要喝咖啡或茶飲，那位客人在旁邊等了幾分鐘後又再提醒那位服務人員，服務人員回說那你拿衛生紙把他撿到旁邊，客人最後自己來
