On the first day, the air conditioners were not working. Communication was very difficult as the staff could not speak English. There was no hot water, which was completely unacceptable.

On our last day, water leaked from the kitchen sink and the floor was flooded. I definitely do not recommend this place.

It was such a beautiful getaway and it was the only place that felt safe, clean and modern.
Pros:

It was stunning! A cute and quaint little villa that’s the perfect welcome to explorers. The staff were extraordinary and exceptional in making us feel welcome. Moustafa and Abdurahman were amazing. There was a language barrier but that didn’t stop them from helping us with anything we needed. Such lovely people mashallah!

Quartier calme du Nouveau Caire à seulement 15 minutes environ du centre du Caire en taxi, le personnel est réactif et très attentif (bien que tous ne maîtrisent pas l'anglais), les chambres sont propres et confortables, l'établissement est fidèle aux photos. Je recommande !
