It was manageable, but a little disappointing. The host were great.
Pros:

The host were exceptional

Cons:

It was not as clean as I expected after reading previous reviews. We found mold in the shower, crumbs on the sheets, the pool was cloudy with hair along the sides, elevators were muddy, and we found a press on nail in the bed. That morning during breakfast, I spilled a cup of coffee. I cleaned most of the spill on my own while the kitchen worker stated “ I needed to be more careful” and complained that “ now she would have to get the mop ready and the floor would be wet” to a gentlemen who went to get help from the kitchen staff. She was loud enough that she was heard from the dining area. Later, the ceiling begin to drip water as I ate my breakfast. They used a bucket to catch it .

OK would be about it.
Pros:

breakfast was so-so.

Cons:

I met family a member there when I had breakfast. THIS person did not eat or drink anything, She already had breakfast. We talked business while I ate breakfast. I do not think much of hotel staff questioning her whereas she was only sitting with me at my request. RUDE would be an understatement. WE neither one were doing anything wrong. To make anyone feel unwelcome under these circumstances does not speak well for your hotel's image. THAT SUCKS!
