Service and comfort
Pool is small, breakfast was okay.
It was affordable and accommodating. A nice location far from traffic but close to some great restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful.
There was someone in the hotel blaring loud music all night. The hallways were humid and had a very strong odor. There was a sewage smell in the rooms in the middle of the night. Breakfast staff was amazing but the breakfast is underwhelming. You get what you pay for. The carpets in the room are filthy. Lots of weird stains on the couches in the rooms as well.

Nothing. I didn't even stay. I cancelled, they said I didn't, now I'm getting the runaround. Very frustrating. No help, whatsoever

La puntuació baixa en neteja no és per les habitacions, que estaven molt correctes, sinó per la piscina, que estava molt bruta (l'aigua).

I arrived at 3:10pm to the hotel ... I was advised by employee Jasmine can't check in early I mentioned okay I'll come back ... I returned to the hoilday INN at 4:46pm to check in management mentioned I wasn't on time check in advise manager I was definitely here early your team member Jasmine said I wasn't unable to check in. Body wash soap dispenser was completely out when I arrived I let the manager aware provided a small bar of soap. Ask for towels and wash clothes and trash Bag to clean out our room the trash prev night due to trash can was too small
Too put the trash in the morning I was advise wasn't able to get towels and wash clothes until 8am-9am I advise staff it's 7am we shouldn't have to Wait to get towels and wash clothes this ridiculous. The staff member front desk provided 3 hand towels I advised we can't shower with 3 hands towels. The front desk staff refused to provide me with towels and wash cloths I walked away ... I saw housekeeping in
hallways ask for wash and towels he provide both .
Before I got in the shower the manager called the I advise I don't need the towels and wash cloths anymore . While was in the shower the manager banged rude on the door room number 220 demanded I open the door i advise her this unacceptable am just getting out the shower I have no clothes on this matter can be address when i check out. I called corporate to notify of the incident. After I got dressed I went to the front desk mentioned we checked you out ... I advise am confused how you guys checked me out ...8:10am the manager was rude and disrespectful towards me and belittling me . No customer deserves to be treated as such and demanded the keys to my room . I advise the front desk employee that's unacceptable to check out guest out rooms when the customer didn't advise you. I advise my children are still taking showers. Ill returned the when I checkout .

We stayed here due to its close proximity to the hospital which was our reason for being in the area. The hotel was clean, nice and had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the fact it had a fitness center and pool. The staff was so nice, every employee we passed greeted us with a smile from the check-in desk, to the breakfast attendants to housekeeping staff. A full breakfast included breakfast was prefect for my family to grab a bit to eat before heading to the hospital for the day and when our stay got unexpectedly extended the staff was more than accommodating.
