It was a great experience.
Pros:

It was close to the venue for our concert, it was clean, and breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

I wish more than one person had been available to work the front desk. Wait times checking in and checking out were longer, due to other customers having issues.

Un unexpected great option in Wilmington.
Pros:

The hotel was super clean, and it looked recently renovated. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was generous, and it had many options; everything looked fresh. All members of staff we encountered were extra helpful and kind.

Cons:

Location is not the best, but it's a quiet area. Not too far from downtown.

My stay was outstanding and will be staying again
Pros:

My stay was phenomenal clean fresh the breakfast was so good and hot. The staff was outstanding especially the front desk guy with the dreads can’t remember his name. They made us feel so comfortable. We definitely will be coming back.

Maybe incorporate a bar area.

Below expectations
Pros:

The room was not ready at 4:00 check in time. I did not get the deposit refunded, so I paid an extra fifty dollars than what my rate was to be.

Cons:

Being charged more and having to wait past announced check in time for a room to be done. Hire more housecleaning crew.

The location was perfect for my business that day.

Cons:

All in all, it was pretty good, but when we arrived, the hotel clerk was overwhelmed with a work crew that was checking in. I think that she could use more help, but she handled it very professionally and did a really good job.
