Cons:

I have been stayed for 20 days due to work. I have to cancel 4 days booking due to technical reasons. Its more than one month I have been following up with hotel people but they are not refunding, reason known to them. Always get ready answer we are processing at the head office / accounts department (as they told). The accounts department are useless and doesn't know how to value the customers. I am fed up of calling & messaging for a small amount.

Rooms , bed , pillow , bed spreads were not clean . Bath room was not clean . NO TV .

Pros:

We had no breakfast.

Cons:

What we did not like was that we had to go go out for breakfast,, lunch and dinner. If there was room service, we could have relaxed much better
