Loved staying there. Hated leaving. Going back soon.
Pros:

The service was exceptional and the staff treated me like family. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the pool was a great way to enjoy a break from the morning activities before heading out for the night. There's also a handy coffee shop near the pool. Just a short Grab ride into town.

Cons:

I can't fault the resort on any issue. The gardens were beautifully maintained.

Sehr schön und erholsam und mit einem schönen Außenbereich und sehr nettem Personal.
Pros:

Ich fand die Lage eigentlich sehr gut, da wir uns mit Grab und einem Motorrad sehr gut zurechtfinden konnten. Ohne diese Hilfsmittel sieht es aber schwierig aus. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sie sind auch auf Wünsche und Änderungen eingegangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum sah verwahrlost aus und müsste überarbeitet werden, aber ich glaube das auch die wenigsten das Gym tatsächlich nutzen würden.

Happy stay, nice staff, big clean room, lovely gardens. Excellent restaurants right next door.
Pros:

We ended up here as our first choice in the city was just too basic. Small balcony and a little noisy in our room from road. If we came again we’d ask for a room nearer the river. Large corner bath with shower over bath. Excellent air con. Lovely big room and massive bed. Large swimming pool and lovely curated gardens with jetty and fab views over the river to look at Pagoda. Lots of seats scattered around the grounds. Although it was further out from Chiang Mai city taxis were cheap and only a 15 min journey into city. Two excellent restaurants right next door to hotel with outdoor areas and river views so didn’t bother travelling back into the city on a night for food.

Cons:

No lift although staff willingly carried our cases up the3 floors. Toaster didn’t work well at breakfast.

Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ping River. Bequeme Betten und nachts sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist total schlecht geplant. Die Badewanne ist überflüssig.

Pros:

Beautiful property with river views in the back. Coffee shop on the property and a dining facility for a set breakfast of your choosing. Seating areas throughout the property to sit relax, Nice pool with lounge chairs. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Nice and big. Pool access nice. Could improve on the cleanliness.
Pros:

Looks just like the pictures. Room Designs very welcoming, nice and big. Toiletries were provided. Bathtub was nice. Access to pool from room is nice. The room i got is at Ground floor. Staff are friendly. Behind hotel there is a place to roam which is the river view.. nice place to roam. There is a cafe serves coffee inside the hotel.

Cons:

But not so clean as i found stains on bedsheet and hairs on bed and also bathroom. Our room was at the Ground floor and the backdoor to pool is near the reception/sitting areas, which is very noisy as there are other guests loitering and talking there even after 12am. The room is not really sound proof. we called reception twice to complaint on the loud talking noises which disturbed our sleep. After 2nd call to receptionist, finally it is quieter. Staircases to lobby and rooms.

Very nice hideaway, perfect for some quiet relaxing time with your partner.
Pros:

The room was really nice. They decorated the bed with beautiful honeymoon style flower pebbles as requested. Perfect view with acces to the garden en swimming pool. Comfy bed. Nice big bathroom with bathtub that easily fit 2 persons.

Cons:

Unfortunately the silicon in the corners were very dirty/moldy, this was ashame because otherwise the bathroom was really nice. This is an easy fix and should be replaced/cleaned to make it perfect.
All 4 pillows were very thick and hard, impossible to find a comfy head position. We had to use the pillows from the couch. Advise: provide modern ergonomic neck pillow also.

A real highlight of our trip around Southeast Asia!

Everything! We can't fault it!

The staff were so welcoming and kind and the room was lovely. We enjoyed our mornings by the pool and loved the in house cafe - my husband says he had the best Matcha latte he's ever had there!

There's a charming little pier on the riverfront to watch the world go by and great places to eat either side of the hotel.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything - Grabs are easy and affordable for getting into Chiang Mai centre and the restaurants by the hotel were fabulous when we fancied staying close to our room.
