Pros:

Hotel má úžasnou polohu přímo na sjezdovce. Pokoje jsou komfortní, dostali jsme dokonce zdarma upgrade na deluxe pokoj.
Snídaně bohaté, velký výběr , a ještě vajickové menu, které dělali na minutku.
Večeře formou menu byly úžasné.
Hotel má i svou dobíjecí stanici, kterou jsme mohli využít zdarma.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die meisten sprechen aber kein deutsch.
Die Lage ist super, das Abendessen war meistens gut.

Cons:

Frühstück für den Preis nicht adäquat, keine warmen Speisen wie Pancakes oder Waffeln, keine speziellen Eigerichte, keine frischen Säfte, insgesamt die Auswahl zu wenig.

Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein, die Liegen sind extrem eng gestellt, man hat null Privatsphäre. Der Ruhebereich ist ein Durchgangszimmer, hellhörig, laut und in keinster Weise entspannend. Die Duschen bieten null Privatsphäre, jeder der gerade in der Sauna sitzt sieht einem beim Duschen zu.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, which truly made a difference. The location is excellent, and the valet parking service is very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay.

There is definitely room for improvement in the culinary offering. Overall, the hotel is missing that special extra touch that would make it feel like a true 4**** property.

innenausstattung der zimmer wie in einem city-hotel. so gut wie keine möglichkeiten die skisachen aufzuhängen und zu trocknen.
