I liked the cleanliness of the building.

The location was good for getting around the city.

Ich habe es über booking mit Frühstück gebucht. Das wurde angeblich nicht in deren System übertragen. Ewig hin um daher diskutiert (auch Buchungsbestätigung hat nicht geholfen). Hab dann aufgegeben, wollte los, dann haben sie es mir doch noch erlaubt, es war dann eine labbrige Scheibe Toast und Rührei. Dann wollte ich eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt. Sie meinten sie können es mir nicht ausstellen weil über Booking gebucht und ich soll das über die Seite beantragen, auch booking konnte mir keine Rechnung ausstellen, was zu einigen Problemen bei der Abrechnung in der Firma geführt hat. Aufgrund dessen würde ich es nicht empfehlen

No había agua caliente en la habitación, reclamamos y nos cambiaron de pieza.
Hice una consulta especial vía booking apenas bookee las habitaciones diciendo que una requería ser triple con una cama adicional a las dos queens. Al rato recibí respuesta satisfecha de parte de ustedes… el hotel no solo lo desconocía por completo sino dicen que no ofrecen triples. Por lo tanto ustedes me confirmaron algo que el hotel no respondió y además servicio que no ofrec.
It was so nice!
The management it was awful! I arrive with my 5 yr old at the property at 1:10am after a long flight… it took them to check in 1 hr and 50min.. yes an hour and 50 min… why because there was a lonely employee attending a party of 15 guest under a name and 15 more families. It arrived at my room at 3am… the poor employee was a mess trying to survive there.. and also he didn’t look like he knew what to do in times like this .. no one said sorry, no one did anything.. it was a really bad experience.. though the hotel was pretty nice.. service not so much.. tue sheet were stained and the restroom toilet was left opened liked used..
Close to the airport
Shower water never got hot. Some maintenance required. Parking was ok but not great.
It was cool felt like overpriced for location for one night

Par quem tem que embarcar no dia seguinte cedo, é um bom custo x beneficio.
O hotel deveria enviar instruções sobre o shuttle do aeroporto para o hotel. Me enviaram um fone que não existe e se telefone ao hotel, tem uma gravação dizendo que é para esperar o shuttle em um lugar completamente diferente das placas do aeroporto. Eu fiquei perdida com a dupla informação.
