The poolside area
Expensive compared to other same level hotels, room seemed not that good considering the price. Would get BayWatch in less price good service
5 star hotel standing alone on a 2 kilometre stretch of the beach, 25 kilometres away from Cox's Bazar crowded area. The nearest hotel is also a 5 star 1 km away. Private shuttle bus to the airport
Good variety of Italian, Indian Bengali, Seafood and other Restaurants to have dinner at at reasonable prices. Good breakfast buffet included. A lot of European cuisine. 2 swimming pools included. Water park for extra charge at a discount for local greats. Polite staff speaking English. Rather clean and empty beach with very few people swimming. I was able to swim in the sea without contracting a gastrointestinal disease despite warnings about reports of pollution from hotels due to untreated sewage discharge (which perhaps applies to hotels in Cox's Bazar). I found some trails to walk in the forest and see local life.
Power interruptions several times a day. Internet interruptions on my computer very frequent. Only two nearby private restaurants outside the hotel. No nearby shops, outdoor activities, or sports. No guided tours through the forest from the hotel, you are on your own. Bus tours available but not interesting to me. No diving, snorkeling, jet ski, surfing, wake boarding, sap board rental. A lot of intrusive locals pestering people walking on the beach with offers of ATV, or horse back riding, or photography - it is hard to get left alone.

The entire compound has so many things to see and so many activities to do. It's a holistic experience.
The room service is extremely overpriced and not satisfactory. Menu items are pretty average.
infrastructure, ambience, facilities, location, people, food and transportation.
Breakfast was good, bangla cuisine was excellent.
I didn't like the room, it was outdated furniture.the view from my window was not pleasant.building work was carried in past 11pm.
For Bangladeshi standard the hotel was good.
Uncomfortable beds.
The ambiance here is truly wonderful—the space is clearly well-maintained and creates an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There's an impressive variety of dining options to choose from, and the food quality consistently delivers across the menu. What really enhances the experience is the staff, who are not only friendly but genuinely supportive and attentive to guests' needs.
Food was great!! However spa was not. The therapists are not well trained for massage.

Location
I booked a suit room for 2 adult and one child. After arrive they demand additional breakfast charge form child. It was annoying.
Response to telephone and email was not optimum, needs improvement.
Beach, Stuff, Cleanliness, overall set up
Room service could be little bit better
Good location.
I have stayed at this hotel 8 times over the last 10 years and unfortunately I have to admit Seapearl has turned from a great resort to just another unremarkable hotel. Unfriendly and incompetent staff, restaurants are grossly understaffed, quality of food is very bad and overpriced. More importantly this hotel has utter disregard for regular guests. They only care about their occupancy without much caring about hospitality. Horrible hotel!
