Pros:

RO: Am calatorit doua familii, una cu un copil de 1 an si 1 luna si cea dea doua familie cu o adolescenta de 17 ani. Am mai fost cazati in zona nu cu mult timp in urma si cunosteam ca exista o oarecare problema cu disponibilitatea (norocul sau ghinionul) locurilor de parcare (am calatorit cu 2 masini). Am fost incantati si multumiti de locatie, de la intrarea in curtea interioara, curata si ingrijita pana la accesul in apartament (cu cheita de interfon la usa principala - un motiv de siguranta suplimentara din punctul nostru de vedere). Apartamentul a fost spatios si dotat cu tot ce trebuie pentru un scurt sejur (cu mici exceptii). Per ansamblu putem sa consideram ca recomandam aceasta locatie dar mai mult in lunile de primavara si toamna (o sa dezbatem de ce la minusuri).
EN: We traveled as two families, one with a 1 year and 1 month old baby, and the second family with a 17 years old teenager. We stayed in the area in the past and we knew that the availability of the parking spots (the luck or bad luck) - we travelled with 2 cars. We were pleased with the location, from the entrance of the inside yard, clean and well kept, to the access into the apartment (with separate key for the interphone of the main entrance - a big plus safety wise). The apartment was spacious and equipped with all needed for a short stay (with small exceptions). Overall we can recommend this location but mainly in the spring and autumn months (you will see on the minus side why).

Cons:

RO: Ajunsi la apartament si despachetand, am observat ca in interior era destul de rece (am considerat ca s-a aerisit inainte sa ajungem si am spus ca e un mare plus), dar cand am verificat termostatul, am constatat ca acesta nu mai avea baterii si in aceasta situatie centrala nu a pornit (sa nu uitam ca am calatorit cu un bebelus iar la sosire in apartament erau 19,5 grade). Dupa ce am schimbat noi baieriile termostatului, am luat legatura cu gazda pentru ca aveam impresia ca apartamentul nu se incalzeste sub nici o forma si ni s-a transmis ca datorita incalzirii prin pardoseala, dureaza. A doua zi dimineata cand am eliberat apartamentul temperatura pe termostat era de 20,5 grade - din punctul nostru de vedere ca parinti, pentru bebelusul nostru acesta a fost un mare minus, de aceea recomandam locatia mai mult pentru primavara sau toamna (apartamentul nu era dotat nici cu aer conditionat)
De asemenea, gazda ar trebui sa aprovizioneze cu consumabile locatia (ex: hartie igienica si servetele de bucatarie).
EN: Arriving at the apartment and unpacking, we observed that inside is pretty cold (we considered that the host opened the windows to bring fresh air inside before our arrival and we considered this a big plus), but when we checked the heating thermostat we saw that it didn't have any power from the batteries and in this condition the heating was not working properly (do not forget that we traveled with a baby and inside the apartment upon our arrival the temperature was 19,5 degrees). After we replaced the thermostat batteries, we contacted the host because we had the impression that the apartment was not heating at all and we were told that because the floor heating method it takes time.

Pros:

Un apartament foarte spațios, dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru a te simți ca acasă.
Noi am fost aici cu bebelușul de 1 an și chiar și el s-a bucurat de tot spațiul din apartament, de atmosfera primitoare.
De la locație am ajuns foarte ușor în centru vechi al Brașovului, ceea ce e un plus!

Cons:

Uneori în baie a mai mirosit urat, de la canalizare, insa aici cred ca se poate pune un difuzor cu parfum pentru a mai acoperi mirosul care mai apare.

Locația aproape de centru, apartamentul călduros, spațios.

Cons:

Nu neapărat că nu mi-a plăcut, dar că sugestie ar fi un cuier pe hol, și în baie. De asemenea consumabile, mă refer la saci de gunoi.

Presiunea robinetului putea fi setata ori la maxim ori nu mai curgea apa
Scurgerea de la una din bai era infundata
Nu mergeau caloriferele bailor
Nu exista oglinda in baie
La intrare nu exista un cuier si lipsa pres sau a gresiei la intrare cauza formarea baltilor de apa de la echipamentul de ski sau din cauza bocancilor plini de zapada
Bucatarie dotata prost
Canapeaua era patata si podeaua era lipicioasa
