Pros:

Hotel pulitissimo e camere spaziose e belle. Proprietaria dell’albergo gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ha organizzato tutte le escursioni.
Hotel fuori dalla città che però si raggiunge facilmente con il taxi che costa pochi euro.
Peraltro la posizione dell’albergo è molto bella.

Cons:

La colazione ha poche opzioni occidentali.

Pros:

Qin was an amazing host. She could not do enough to help us. The hotel was in a beautiful lake side location just a few minutes walk from Reed flute cave. Free laundry service and free e bike rental are included. Great hotel with the personal touch and the gorgeous cat Meng Meng!

Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, aber ein Aufenthalt mit großen Schwächen
Pros:

Die Managerin Qin sowie alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

* Die Lage ist zwar idyllisch an einem kleinen Tümpel, aber auch nicht romantisch oder schön, sondern einfach fernab von allem. Bei 6 und mehr Kilometern bis zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten helfen die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Scotter ungemein, allerdings wohnt man dennoch ziemlich ausserhalb.
* Unser Zimmer, sowie der gesamte Wohntrakt, hat feucht-muffig gerochen, da es ein massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Da hilft auch kein Vanille-Spray, welches ständig versprüht wurde. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer wurden mit Tapeten überzogen, damit man die riesigen Wasserflecken an den Wänden weniger sieht. Sämtliche Metallträger sind verrostet. Hier muss es eine Havarie gegeben haben, die nur kosmetisch behoben wurde. Dies ist gesundheitsschädigend!
* Zu unserer großen Überraschung wird das Frühstück immer wieder gelobt. Wir empfanden das Frühstück als äußerst simpel und alles andere als vielfältig oder ansprechend. Es gab jeden Tag Banane, Wassermelone, Toastscheiben, Ei und tiefgefrorene Dumplings. Bitte nicht missverstehen, aber ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sieht anders aus.
* Allgemein finden wir die Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft übertrieben hoch und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Vergleich überhaupt nicht - diese Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach teuer!

Pros:

Very nice room design, with a great location near a lake with a view of the mountains. Qin was a great host and made us feel very welcome. She also helped us arrange an excursion, recommended nearby restaurants, ordered food for us, and had our laundry cleaned. Our short stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of our China trip.

PERFETTO!
Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Avevamo una camera enorme, con un letto comodissimo, delle vetrate con una bella vista sulle montagne e sul vicino laghetto. Il bagno spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. La vera differenza la fa Qin, che vi assisterà in qualsiasi cosa abbiate bisogno. Per noi ha organizzato la crociera sul fiume, ci ha acquistato i biglietti per lo spettacolo Impression, e organizzato il rientro. Il giorno successivo avevamo una gita perfetta x 2 alle terrazze di Lonji. Al mattino prepara un'ottima colazione e il giorno della nostra partenza, visto che dovevamo lasciare l'albergo molto presto, ci ha preparato un pacchetto lunch per non lasciarci a pancia vuota. E' stata la miglior conclusione di un viaggio impegnativo per la Cina. Consigliato (super plus il servizio di lavanderia e la possibilità di utilizzare scooter elettrici!)

Cons:

Nulla. Unica nota da tenere presente è che è posizionato in una zona defilata e tranquilla, quindi per trovare un po' di vita serve un mezzo di trasporto.

La persona che gestisce questa struttura mi è stata molto d'aiuto prima del mio arrivo a Guilin che, purtroppo, per colpa del tifone a Shanghai non c'è mai stato. La struttura mi ha rimborsato completamente il soggiorno. Grazie ancora e ci vediamo la prossima volta.

Non forniscono il pick-up da aereoporto/stazione, in futuro migliorerei questo aspetto.

Camera molto ampia con arredo orientale, letto grande e comodissimo, grande vasca e ampia terrazza
Ottima e abbondante colazione soddisfa ogni genere di preferenze, dall’orientale all’internazionale
C’è anche un ristorante , abbiamo cenato qui diverse volte , e mangiato benissimo
La proprietaria Qin ci ha fatto sentire come a casa , sempre squisita e gentilissima ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta , ci ha preparato ottimi cibi a colazione e a cena , ci ha accolto con tanto affetto e calore e entusiasmo, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole , e regalandoci anche un piccolo dono come saluto finale alla partenza
In taxi (DiDi) si raggiunge con una piccolissima spesa comodamente ogni quartiere della città e le attrazioni più popolari

La struttura si trova in una zona molto caratteristica e pacifica, lontana dal rumore cittadino. La camera era ampia e comoda e una nota di ringraziamento a Qin che è stata sempre molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente.
