C’était génial
Pros:

La propriétaire à été très à l’écoute, nous étions une grande famille, elle nous as demandé si nous avions des vêtements à lavé car elle avait discerné qui nous venions d’un grand périple (nous étions 9) laver, sécher
Et quand nous avions voulons payer, elle nous a dis que c’etait pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Nous avions nos beaucoup apprécié cette marque d’attention.
Et après nous a organiser la suite de nos parcours en nous proposant des taxis.

Perfecta!
Pros:

El trato del personal tanto el de la mañana como la mujer de la tarde, súper súper acogedores. Nos aconsejaron súper bien con las excursiones que hicimos, nos tramitaron todo. Además, el día de salida nos ayudaron a bajar las maletas, nos trataron como si fuéramos de su familia. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos :)

Pros:

The hotel is lokated about 500 m from the famous Reed Flute Cave at the outskirts of Guilin. To the city center it is a 15 minutes ride by Didi taxi. The staff was super friendly. Free drinking water, free dry cleaning, excellent breakfast. They were helping with organising the River Li tour, free e-scooter to drive around.

Pros:

Un lieu agréable au calme avec notre hôte qui nous a aidé pour organiser toutes nos sorties. Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous en proposant sans supplément de faire la lessive de nos affaires.
Comme l'hôtel est situé en bordure de la ville, des scooters électriques sont mis gratuitement à disposition (ça roule bien dans la ville).
Le petit déjeuner chinois était parfait pour prendre des forces avant de partir en randonnée

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, from the moment I checked the owner provided the highest level of service. She was so kind end thoughtful and provided lots of useful advice on sights to see and thing to do in the area. As well as being extremely comfortable and excellent value for money, the food is fantastic, it's cooked with local produce and creates authentically Chinese dining experience during each meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and the owner made my stay extra especial, I would encourage everyone to stay here during a visit to China.

Pros:

Das Hotel war in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung. Die Betreiberin war sehr herzlich und hat sich gut um die Gäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Im Bett gab es eine wärmende Unterlage, die sehr angenehm war.

Cons:

Entgegen der versprochenen Seesicht gab das Zimmer nur Sicht auf eine Erdbeerplantage. Im Badezimmer war es kühl und die Badewanne liess sich nur äusserst langsam auffüllen. Dass die Betreiberin alleine im Hotel war, reduzierte die Geschwindigkeit von gewissen Dienstleistungen.
Das Hotel hat auch leider zu viele Fotos von buchbaren Aktivitäten anstelle von Bildern des Hotels selbst.

A magical stay in Guilin
Pros:

My son and I had the most wonderful stay here. The owner is super nice and helpful, and she made sure we had freshly cooked food to eat as a vegan and a vegetarian. This was especially nice when we arrived in town later at night! The hotel is very beautifully designed and comfortable. The location is amazing - close to the city centre by taxi but located within a quiet town. Thank you to the owner and her cat Mengmeng for a wonderful stay!
