They charge you when they cancel
Cons:

They canceled my reservation by phone because they said that there were no rooms available because of maintenance but they charged me the room night and they don't want to refund me

Arriving at 11 PM, I expected at least a basic level of attentiveness at the front desk. Instead, I was met with rudeness from the staff member who was completely indifferent to my presence as he counted money. Not only was I left waiting without acknowledgment, but he showed no urgency to assist the guests in front of me, including myself.

When I brought up my concerns about the delay, his response was appalling. He told me that counting money was part of his job, as if my time didn’t matter. This dismissive attitude was unacceptable and made me feel completely disregarded as a guest.

This experience overshadowed my stay and left me feeling frustrated and upset. Management needs to address this behavior immediately, as it tarnishes what could have otherwise been a great experience for all guests.

I sincerely hope changes are made so that future guests don’t have to endure similar treatment.
