We stayed here over one night and the place was superb and everything was perfect. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. There was a mini kitchen hence you can cook and use gas cooker, fridge, plates, glasses and etc. The most attractive thing is the rooftop area. You can see many mountains, birds, sunrise and sunset sceneries as well as you can take a shot at the night time 😉.
The owner Mr. Susantha was a nice person to us and he is a very friendly and kind hearted person and also a nature lover. So We planned to visit there again 😍

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben und führt auf Wunsch auch Touren durch. Die Unterkunft ist an guter Lager und mit dem TukTuk ist man schnell in der Stadt.

Great location out of town but need a tuktuk to drive into the centre, otherwise it's a 30+ minute walk. Rooms were very modern and comfortable, great bed, quiet location, amazing view, great AC, great wifi, and great shower. Also was able to wash our clothes which was handy. The hotel is located up a steep hill but provides a cool view all around. The owner was very genuine and helpful.
No clear signage to the hotel, which isn't a massive deal but could be helpful. Also the owner lives on site and we found the dishes in the kitchen piled up a bit and was a little stinky, but we spent most of the day out in town so didn't bother us that much.

El acceso complicado en rampa dificil para los tuk tuk (son 60 metros de rampa nada mas)
El dueño es Súper amable , amistoso , informativo , incluso nos ayudó a conducir el tuk tuk hasta la colina .
La habituación muy limpia , la cama cómoda , el baño amplio , una excelente vista , hay una zona común donde puedes utilizar la TV , cocina , lavadora e incluso en la azotea puedes disfrutar el amanecer/ atardecer .
La habitación tenía un olor a cigarrillo al entrar Pero a los pocos minutos estaba bien .
La habitación estaba en el 3 piso y el lugar queda en la cima de una colina . Pero no fue un problema para nosotros .
Un séjour parfait ! L’hôtel est tout simplement adorable, avec un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Susantha a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, toujours disponible et souriante. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et offrait une vue imprenable sur la nature. Un vrai havre de paix ! Je recommande très fortement ce logement, vous ne serez pas déçus !

A fantastic property with huge windows that overlooks Kandy. The property comes with great bonuses such as a living space with a kitchen you can use, rooftop access where there are chairs and tables so you can watch sunset, along with a washing machine which was free to use also which was perfect for us as we are travelling. Our sleep each night was comfortable and the rooms are always the perfect temperature thanks to a fan and air con. WiFi worked well and the bathroom was very modern and clean and also had large windows overlooking Kandy. The host/owner is an incredible guy who ensured our stay was excellent, allowing us to use his facilities along with picking us up and dropping us off at the property. Can’t thank him enough for his incredible hospitality.
Not many restaurants around this area so you will need a Tuk Tuk to visit landmarks or restaurants. The place is cash only, but he is happy to accept a bank transfer/international payment which really helped us out.

It was difficult to get the car to the location. The road was too steep and narrow. Also we had to climb 3 flights up to get to the rooms.
This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and warm hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Perer, the property owner, whose kindness and valuable guidance made our stay in Kandy truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience exploring the city.
