We’ve liked the staff a lot and the breakfast.

Cons:

We’ve booked 2 rooms - 1 of them was Queen room (it was shown in the photos that there are windows but there weren’t, so it was not comfortable to stay, also the electricity every evening went down), the 2nd room that we ordered was deluxe double room (there was such a bad smell from the AC, in the toilet we found mould and also there were a lot of ants in our room).

Enorm vriendelijk personeel die heel behulpzaam waren!
Wij hadden de suite (met eigen terras en zwembadje) en in de hete temperaturen hebben we het ons niet beklaagd om die te nemen. Je hebt op het privéterras / zwembad de ganse namiddag tot avond zon.
We hebben ook 2 keer ter plaatse gegeten en is zeker een aanrader.
Groot en lang bed, was heerlijk.
We vonden het jammer dat we terug weg moesten, we konden hier veel langer blijven!

Cons:

Er was niet zoveel mogelijkheid naar berging / kastruimte toe. De ruimte was er wel om een extra kast te voorzien.
maar alles is perfect gelukt, de suite is in ieder geval ruim genoeg.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Servizi, personale, cucina e pulizia impeccabili. La posizione non è molto centrale, ma ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

Unico suggerimento: aumenterei gli orari di apertura della piscina.

Wonderful breakfast and exceptionally service-minded staff! Only downside was power outages.
Pros:

+ Exceptionally service-minded staff
+ Very well-located. Close to bus stations and 24/7 convenient store.
+ Amazing breakfast
+ Very quiet and comfortable room

Cons:

- Power outages: it happened quite often at night. One night, we arrived at the hotel around 2am and the entrance code would not work. We were stranded at the entrance for some time and could not reach the hotel staff at the time. Was a quite scary experience since both me and my partners' phone was almost out of battery. We kept on trying entering the code countless time and eventually got in. We believe it was a temporary power outage.
