Not a dislike however room with the private pool could benefit from two sun loungers to enable you to fully enjoy the area

Świetny hotel z pysznym śniadaniem i przemiłą obsługą.
Pros:

Przede wszystkim bardzo miła obsługa, czystość, wielkie i wygodne łóżko, pyszne śniadania. Dzięki uprzejmości obsługi mogliśmy zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu, praktycznie na cały dzień, co umożliwiło nam bezproblemowe spędzenie ostatniego dnia pobytu na Malcie i wycieczkę na Gozo.

Cons:

Chyba tylko widok z okna, na rozpadający się budynek, ale to nie wina hotelu, poza tym brak szafy w pokoju, były wieszaki, ale moim zdaniem usytuowane w złym miejscu.

All in all a very good place. Well done
Pros:

The property is situated in a good location and very accessible by bus unfortunately there were some road works underway so we had to walk to a different bus stop but that was no problem at all. The staff is hugely competent and ready to help with everything you require. Kudos to the kitchen staff for the delicious breakfasts everyday

Cons:

Unfortunately the receptionists isn’t always available which makes bookings, asking questions a bit hectic. Even though the staff tried to help sometimes it was difficult to find understanding

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό και πολύ καθαρός χώρος. Το πρωινό επίσης αρκετά ικανοποιητικό! Σας το προτείνω σίγουρα αν θέλετε ένα ήρεμο και καθαρό περιβάλλον με αρκετές επιλογές φαγητού μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο.

Pros:

This is a brand new boutique hotel, 10-15 away from the port where you can get ferries to Gozo and Comino.
Our rooms (104 and 309) were spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and professional attitude of the staff working in the restaurant.

Cons:

Room 309 has shower curtains in the bathroom and water gets everywhere when you shower. Plus, being on the main road it was a bit noisy.
There is no physical reception most of the time and issues (if any) need to resolved through Booking.com messages.

Todo. Desde la bienvenida hasta el día de salida. Trabajo en esto y es de valorar que otras personas hagan todo lo posible por que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa y con productos de calidad. Lujo total.

Ein Hotel zum Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach rundum perfekt! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem, sodass wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse mit dem Pool – einfach traumhaft und ideal zum Entspannen!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vollkommen ausreichend, mit einer tollen Auswahl für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Auch das dazugehörige Restaurant hat uns begeistert: Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service erstklassig. Die Bar war ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt.

Praktisch war auch, dass wir immer problemlos einen Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung gefunden haben.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Im Bad gab es wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es gibt im Zimmer keinen Schrank und keine Regale für die Kleidung. Also bei längeren Aufenthalt etwas unpraktisch. Für uns war es aber alles perfekt.

Pros:

Uitstekende suite en service. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Zowel het ontbijt als het diner was erg goed. Voelde ook erg nieuw aan. Je kreeg erg veel waar voor je geld (misschien wel te veel!).

Cons:

Er waren wat onhandige dingen (plaatsing van lampen, te korte douchewand), maar eigenlijk niet noemenswaardig.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację.
Pokój był przestronny, nowoczesny i czysty, a łóżko spore i wygodne.
Śniadania hotelowe z "karty" były wyśmienite.
Obsługa niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna.

Cons:

Niestety przy dłuższym pobycie brakuje miejsca na rozłożenie swoich ubrań.
Układ funkcjonalny łazienki był tragiczny.
