Under construction, scary neighborhood.

Don’t stay here. Under construction and uninhabitable.

Uninhabitable, should not be on Booking.
Pros:

Nothing since we didn’t stay here.

Cons:

Owner didn’t answer door for a long time. Long dark dirty staircase, construction all over, appliances in “lobby”. Room not had 2 beds not 4 and it was start and musty. We ran out of there to another place. This should not be on Booking, it is uninhabitable. Don’t stay in Juliaca either, not a safe, clean place.
