Clean, quite
Great location and very clean
Clean property that has all the items we needed.
Beautiful water stream out the backyard
Noisy
The staff was wonderful.
Very clean room
The beds were very uncomfortable
Tv was very small
Quiet place. The room gives you access to a small river. The motel is nice.
The beds where not very comfortable. The sofa bed was the worst.
Swimming pool was awesome. 95 degrees! Room is exactly like the pictures. Great size for 2 people. Loved the little back patio on the creek.
It's a bit of a drive to any restaurants but every thing about the hotel was great.
Great location! So cute.
Liked the staff
We could hear the people next door and overhead
The daytime gentleman at the front desk of the property was very helpful and very friendly. He answered my questions on the telephone before my arrival and patiently offered his assistance during the check-in procedure. He explained the $150 deposit and assured me that it would be "released" by Thursday of the next week following the weekend stay. This has not transpired yet (as this review was requested on Monday), and I am going on faith that this promise will be kept. I left the property in immaculate condition and provided the staff with a reasonable tip in the provided envelope in the room. Crossing my fingers that the required deposit in addition to the accommodation fee will be released and that my card will not be charged in addition to the prepaid room fee. The people in the main office were also very accommodating - returning an email and a telephone call prior to the stay.
Property showing wear. There were repairs necessary to the walkway in front of the center guest building; also the outdoor area directly outside of the sliding door and beside the cement slab (where two plastic chairs were provided to enjoy the outdoors) outside of the unit where I was staying required repairs and re-siding for the area over the repair. In addition, the screen door was difficult to slide. The changing area and the pool viewing area are a little sad and neglected. There was no breakfast, nor food, available on the property (except the little shelf store in the office) even though the literature talked about meals depending upon the reservation. The Friday evening gal was curt and unengaging, but answered my question clearly. The evening staff was unavailable after 7 pm. on Friday evening. I noticed people looking lost before the 9 p.m. closing time for staff, standing on the step of the check-in area watching me pull out of the driveway. Also, my Queen studio was changed at some point before the stay and was suddenly transformed into a double bed studio. Uncertain why the pictures of the promised unit and the provided unit were different.
