Personally I would have preferred the windows to have been lower down and the bed turned around to face the windows. That way you take advantage of the views. And possibly bigger shampoo and or shower gel.

A bit noisy but I think this was our due to not respectable residents you could get this anywhere

As stated above

The view we had was just a bunch of trees

the size of the room. the cliff view and overlooking the bin. The noisey air con going off all night. No room service , and no replenishing of supplies, we had to buy our own coffee, milk and bathroom supplies - shower gel , shampoo and toilet room. , our bin overflowed half through our stay.

There was litter behind the bedside cabinets and drinks stains from other guests, the bed linen had a small stain and there was some hairs in the bed, I dont think the bed linen had been changed from an earlier guest? These rooms dont get refreshed automaticlly, you have to request it and there is a set of service charges in your welcome pack, you even have to pay extra for more tea bags if you use the 4 that are supplied, which on a 4 night stay I felt was a bit tight.
Parking at the harbour is expensive, and this is ANPR monitered, so even dropping your bags off will cost you £2, we couldnt find any information about any 'grace period' as regards parking so paid up to avoid the automatic £100 fine.
Very little information received as regards getting access to your room, just an keysafe code, these are 'contactless access' rooms, meaning you get your entry fob from a keysafe by the main entrance, and then have to find your room yourself in a large building upon multiple floors.
The room itself was quite small, think half the size of an average Travelodge room.

The beds were the only negative as they were abit hard and uncomfortable for us.

Hmm would have been great to have had a toilet brush. The toilet has somewhat of a weird shape and doesn't flush to a clean finish.

Was a little noisy from the town, but it was Wales Ironman weekend and everywhere was busy with lots of live music and many people drinking

The room was very warm and as the window only opened slightly we didn’t manage to cool it down even with window open and fan on

I really wasn’t happy about the mattress or smell in the room. I’m not sure why it smelt so bad in there it kept me up at night. The mattress was very thin and mega soft.

Room was very small,bed and pillows very uncomfortable,no chairs available to sit at for pensioner's,the room as a whole was completely way to small for two people especially at our age, but fantastic location, it's ok for just a single person for overnight stay and leave early next day.
