L hôtel est très beau. Le personnel est très gentil. Il est bien placé
La salle fe bain n est pas bien équipée.
Pas de pommeau de douche pour ne pas se mouiller les cheveux, pas fe glace grossissante, pas de coton maquilleur, je n ai pad dormi avec le bruit des voisins.
Bizarre pour un bel hôtel.
Le cappuccino est payant au petit déjeuner, nous avons demandé des œufs que nous n avons jamais reçu.

La atención del personal mala. La atención en el restaurante, mala. La piscina no funcionaba la climatizacion. Inaceptable para un 5 estrellas y con ese costo.

La ubicación, la estructura e instalaciones son muy buenas, todo renovado. El personal muy amable y educado. Mucho espacio y la limpieza excelente.
El desayuno es muy simple, con pocas opciones saludables de verdad.
La atención del personal y el desayuno
Considero que le falta una remodelación general, para ponerlo en línea con las actuales circunstancias de la hotelería de nivel. El spa no cumple con expectativas, la piscina debiera estar calefaccionada. No funcionaba el sauna húmedo (por supuestos desperfectos momentáneos). Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación por olor a humo de cigarrillo en la que nos asignaron en primera instancia.

El hotel no es 5 estrellas, tienen muchas cosas para mejorar, piscina, desayuno, amenities en las habitaciones por ejemplo y el precio me resultó caro en función de lo que Booking me ofreció como “oferta”.
