Pros:

L'emplacement et la cordialité de la propriétaire Tatjana. Les lits étaient très propres et très confortables.

Cons:

L'appartement a besoin de quelques réparations. La canalisation de la douche était bouchée, le ballon d'eau chaude avait une fuite, le peu d' ustensiles de cuisine étaient sales et la table à manger surdimensionnée rendait les espaces inaccessibles.

Nuit agréable au cœur de la vieille ville de Sibenik
Pros:

L’emplacement dans la magnifique vieille ville de Sibenik, la vue de la terrasse au dernier étage, la flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ, la décoration des chambres, la proximité d’un parking

Cons:

Le nettoyage aurait pu être un peu plus approfondi (siphon de la douche italienne bouché, réfrigérateur…)

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und besonders gefreut hat uns, dass es sogar Kaffee gab. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Pros:

Lage am Rande der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Zunächst nur 1 Schlüssel für 2 Personen, so daß einer im Haus eingesperrt blieb, wenn der andere weg war, denn die Haustüre mußte immer abgeschlossen werden. Was, wenn ein Feuer ausgebrochen wäre? Der Vermieter, den wir nie sahen, reagierte zunächst barsch ablehnend, erst nach Beschwerde bei Booking.com durften wir einen zweiten Schlüssel aus dem Türtresor nehmen. Dann sollten wir unsere Paßkopien / Paßdaten mit ID-Nummer per E-Mail oder Booking.com-Mail (Unsicher! Identitätsdiebstahl möglich!) übermitteln, was wir nicht machten. Daraufhin wurde massiv Druck aufgebaut, sogar Anrufe über Booking.com aus London, keine Erholung möglich — wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist und haben lieber auf das schon bezahlte Geld verzichtet, als dergleichen länger zu ertragen. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr schlecht eingerichtet, die sog. "Vollausgestattete, eigene Küchenzeile" bestand aus einem elektrischen Wasserkocher und 2 Weingläsern (s. Fotos)! Nachtischlampe war ohne Leuchtmittel, "Tresor" ist ein leichter Blechkasten lose im Schrank, den man unter den Arm klemmen und mitnehmen kann. Sesselstuhl vor dem "Schreibtisch" viel zu niedrig, Tischplatte beim Sitzen in Halshöhe! Nur 3 Bügel im Schrank, "Hausschuhe" Fehlanzeige. Die Wohnung ist extrem laut, da die Hauptstraße an der Neustadt nur 10 m entfernt liegt; Fenster öffnen daher unmöglich. Sog. "Stadtblick" ging auf die Hausfassade gegenüber, 3 m entfernt. Zimmertüre undicht und hellhörig, wenn andere Gäste durchs Treppenhaus gingen. Nachts ständiger, heller Lichtschein durch die Türritzen im Zimmer. Sog. "Parkplatz" war die öffentliche Tiefgarage für die Altstadt, 38 € / Tag. Anregung: Schlüssel-im-Türtresor-Vermarktungsmodelle sollten auf Booking.com unbedingt kenntlich gemacht werden, damit der Kunde vor der Buchung weiß, was auf ihn zukommt und ob er das will.
