لقد حجزت ل 5 اياو
و لكنني حاولت الغاء الحجز و ذلك لسوء المكان
( الغرفه ذو رائحه نتنه كذلك صنبور الماء مكسور .. كذلك المكان جدااا مسىء مرقص و افعال مشينه و اصوات الرذيله في كل مكان )
طلبت من مدير الفندق الغاء الحجز و لكنه رفض
نحن ذاهبون للعلاج و ما حدث في اول ليله لم اكون اتوقعه


خصم المدير لليله و خرجت من الغرفه اول الصبح الساعه 8


و لكن مديرهم كان جدااا سيء فالتعامل
قال لي انه الحجره يوجد فيها مشكله وانت لاتستطيع تغيير ولا الغاء الحجز

طلبت منه اي يعدل صنبور الماء فقط حتي نتمكن بغسل
و لكنه رفض

كما ان موظفي النظافه اخبروني ان هذا الصور المتوفره لديكم من 30 سنه

خرجنا من الفندق بدون استحمام او فرش اسنان او غسل الوجه

ارجو منكم استرداد اموالنا منهم


لا الفراش و لا الحمام لايوج ايضا ادوات النظافه
و لا الموظفين كانو في المستوى حتي العادي

انا لم اطلب الكثير و لكن طلبت حقي في السكن الجيد المريح

لقد تلقيت اتصال من موظفه و شرحت لها ولكنها لم تساعدني
للاسف هذا الخطأ من قبلكم
كان من المفترض ان تتحققو من مصداقيه السكن

كيف اصدقكم في المرات القادمه ؟!
جدا مؤسف
