Liked the river out the back. Enjoyed free upgrade.

Carrying the suitcase up the stairs. No parking directly in front of room. Neither issues a major problem.

Beautiful setting, comfortable bed very clean.

Cons:

It was not ADA compliant. There was no wheel chair ramp and the doorways were too narrow also there were no handicap grab bars.
