Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Good clean conference hotel with modern amenities
Pros:

The location was close to the conference hall I needed to attend the conference at. The room was big, spacious and modern. The facilities were clean, new and up-to-date. There was good food nearby at Nordic Forum.

Cons:

It is quite far from city centre and need some walking from the 2 nearest metro or commuter station. The staff working on the day of check-in, a lady was quite unfriendly and seem to have an attitude problem - she was quite curt and uncaring for people coming in after a long-haul flight and intentionally she served first the person checking-out but he was behind me in the queue as it was almost 12 noon. As the hotel seemed very full for that day, early check-in was unavailable despite us offering for extra top-up fee thus we left our luggage at the concierge and went for a 3 hour excursion prior to check-in.
