Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Pros:

Bekvämligehten i rummen var ganska bra. Mysigt rum med bra sköna sängar. Badrummet var också ganska fin, inredningen, duschen, allt såg bra ut i rummet. Gillade också hur man blev välkomnad och man kunde se sitt namn på tv:n

Cons:

Frukosten var ganska god men inte så god som jag trodde. Flera av rätterna var ganska kalla och lite smaklösa, och att det inte fanns sylt eller grädde till pannkakorna tyckte jag också var väldigt konstigt.

it's pleasant
Pros:

the room is big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and provides with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. there's not much shop around. it's about 15mins walk to Galeria and 10 mins walk to eating places. The hotel is clean.

Cons:

the location is a bit far from city and have to walk like 10mins to the train station but the bus stop is just 2 mins walk. There was a fire alarm going off at 1:30am due to smoke of cooking something or smoking and it takes like one and half hour to settle. even though that's not hotel problem but there should be enough staffs to check for security and emergency issues.

The hotel was modern and comfortable, and the room was generally clean. The location was also convenient for our stay.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel was nice, but a few issues affected our experience. Although the bedding appeared clean, we found a couple of hairs on the bedsheet and mattress, which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very busy, and having only one coffee machine resulted in long queues.

The most disappointing part was our final morning. Breakfast was included in our booking, but the Sunday opening time of 7:30 was not clearly communicated when we booked. As we had to leave early, we asked at around 7:15 if we could have a coffee and something small to eat, since the food was already out and the tables were being prepared. The receptionist simply refused and was not friendly or helpful. We understand that hotels have fixed breakfast hours, but a small gesture of hospitality would have made a big difference and left us with a much better final impression.

Wechselhafte Qualität
Pros:

Die Betten waren klasse. Vor allem 2 Oberbetten.
Die Nasszelle war funktionell.

Es war sehr ruhig von den Nachbarzimmern.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Mal innerhalb von 2 Wochen im Hotel und selben Zimmer.
Beim ersten Mal war alles okay.

Leider gab's beim 2-ten mal kein kostenloses Wasser mehr in der Lobby.

Beim 2-ten Mal waren wir gegen 12 Uhr also viel zu früh da, haben die Formalitäten erledigt und unsere Koffer abgeben können. Um 15 Uhr könnten wir dann aufs Zimmer wurde uns gesagt.


Das hat leider nicht geklappt....als wir um 15 Uhr kamen war das Zimmer nicht fertig......erst kurz nach halb vier.
Und ärgerlich war auch noch dass wir nochmals komplett die Formalitäten erledigen mussten.
Eine Entschuldigung gab's nicht eher noch Vorhaltungen..,...nicht kundenfreundlich.

Am 2-ten Tag tropfte dann noch Wasser aus dem Kühlgerät unter der Decke auf unsere Koffer.

See hotell sobib pigem mitte-lastega reisivatele peredele/inimestele.
Pros:

Meeldis, et toad olid suured ja suurte akendega. Väga ilusad vannitoad, kus oli olemas ka šampoon ja dušigeel. Voodid olid samuti väga mugavad. Hea oli magada, sest kardinad tegid toa meeldivalt pimedaks.

Cons:

Ei meeldinud see, et tegelikult polnud see hotell väga pere-sõbralik. Enamus inimesi käivad päeva ajal linnas vaatamisväärsuseid ja atraktsioone külastamas ja tulevad alles õhtul tagasi hotelli, kuid selleks ajaks ei olnud lastega spaa külastus enam võimalik. Samuti anti kolme inimese kohta (üks oli laps) ainult kaks uksekaarti. Toad olid suured, kuid üsna kesiselt möbleeritud.
