Important information:

Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

An unpersonal effort to do a too efficient and cost efficient hotel
Pros:

Rooms are big and new, beds are comfortable!

Cons:

One person working at the reception only! Big queue and waiting time if you just want to buy a snack for example. Breakfast buffet needs to be refilled more often and you need bigger decent plates! Room bar/fridge empty!

Grand hôtel bien équipé et propre
Pros:

Le petit déj était très bon et varié avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre est bien équipée et propre. L'accès au spa et super et la piscine + jacuzzi... est top. Quelques difficultés pour se faire comprendre à l'accueil et lenteur administrative mais c'était un nouveau salarié qui faisait son 1er jour. Au niveau du restaurant le soir la qualité est bonne mais beaucoup de plats/desserts étaient manquants sur la carte.

vorwiegend nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Pool musste gebucht werden. Kurzfristiges buchen , obwohl der Pool frei war nicht möglich. Ein Restaurantbesuch an einem Abend war nicht möglich, da eine externe Gruppe die Kapazitäten sprengte. und für die eigene Gäste war kein bewirten möglich. Am Tag der Abreise wurde uns ein kleines Frühstück vor der reguläre Öffnungszeit zugesagt. Doch leider hat das zu der Zeit zuständige Personal des Restaurant uns abgewiesen.. Aber gleichzeitig eine andere Gruppe ohne weiteres durchgelassen.

Luxurious and relaxing!
Pros:

The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was amazing! Having access to a decently equipped gym and a spa was great! And the breakfast, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and has raised my expectations.
I wished I booked for longer.

Cons:

I swear there was a family of geese hanging outside my window watching when I was about to fall asleep.

OK då det mesta funkade efter lite strul.
Pros:

Bra in- och utcheckning. Bra parkering utanför.

Cons:

Strul med spa besök. Skulle ingå vid incheckning när jag blev medlem. Funkade inte när vi kom till vår bokade spa tid och väldigt strul med personal på spa som inte lyssnade och receptionist som inte talade svenska och var riktigt dålig på engelska.

Brandlarmet gick. Falsklarm men det spelar ingen roll. Totalt ostyr i hanteringen av gäster, ingen gick ut med info.
Ingen kom och sa att det var okej att gå in igen.
Folk satt kvar i lobbyn.
Det var ju tur att det inte brann på riktigt.
Det ska finnas en förutbestämd individ som samlar in människor, räknar av och en som lämnar information efteråt. Det är ett stort hotell.
