Important information:

Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Équipe parfaite et professionnelle (le chef vous prépare ce que vous voulez à la demande, en plus du buffet à volonté, c’est ouffissime)

Cons:

Emplacement de la télévision, sur le côté et non en face du lit (absolument pas dramatique, c’est peut être le seul petit point à noter, nullement une plainte).

Reservation nécessaire pour le spa mais cela permet d’équilibrer le flux de fréquentation donc c’est plutôt normal.

Standard rooms don’t have spa access though it’s not clearly written in the description

The interior design was nice. The bed was amazing. The sauna temperature was great. The staff was friendly .

Cons:

We did not like to feel scammed when we had to hear at check in that spa access was not included in our standard room booking despite your online photographs saying spa included in every category. That is misleading and terrible communication. We were explained that there was a “flexibility” regarding standard rooms. What the hell is flexibility even supposed to say?? Nothing. Be clear and don’t mislead your guests. The stay started off very disappointing because of that.

Aamiainen oli maukas, ei valtavaa malikoimaa, mutta kaikki tarjottu oli tuoretta ja laadukasta.
Huone oli sopivasti varusteltu ja tilava. Siisteys kohtuullinen.
Sijainti oli omaan tarpeeseeni erinomainen. Majoitus kävelymatkan päässä työpaikasta oli kätevää.

Ravintolapalvelu löytyy, mutta listalla on todella vähän tarjottavia, ja ne ovat kalliita.
Huoneen siisteydesta pieni moite, koska lämpöpatterin päällä oli kuivunut nikotiinipussi. Patteri oli tosin verhon takana piilossa, joten roska on hyvinkin voinut jäädä siivouksessa huomaamatta, tosin verhojen roikkuminen suoraan lämpöpatteria vasten ei ehkä ole hyvä idea.

För oss sista vistelse på denna hotell ( vår fjärde ) utbudet i Stockholm är stort, så man får väl gå där man känner vär

Solid, good hotel. Some issues but not a bad place to stay.

Great gym, great facilities, very nice staff, standard room, nothing extraordinary.

Cons:

The shower made a lot of noise at certain positions. The fire alarm or some sort of alarm went off twice - once in the afternoon and once in the morning, both times waking me up for sleep. Upon reporting the issue, the reception just said someone tripped the fire alarm by accident, and that it wasn't a big deal. Not really acknowledging my satisfaction.
The breakfast was very average.
