Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Cons:

Lack of toilet facilities like tooth paste , and tissues . There was a empty bottle of water in the room so I was thinking someone has already drunk the water and when I asked the resectionist , he said you can fill it from the tap water which is basically from the toilet 🙈🙈🙈 so discussing to drink a water from the tap in the toilet. We have called the receptionist many times but did not response

Les chambres sont parfaites et confortable, le personnel d accueil sont super et très professionnel, l hotel en lui même est très bien

Cons:

L organisation du spa. Malheureusement le prix de la chambre inclu l accès au spa. Malheureusement le spa prends des client extérieur à l hotel. Resultat très peu de disponibilité pour aller a la piscine car il faut réserver un créneau horaire. Nous n avons pu profitez de la piscine que le lendemain à 11h30 après avoir rendu la chambre et consigner les bagages. Donc il serait mieux de réduire le coût de la chambre et de ne pas inclure le spa et laisser libre le client de payer le spa selon les disponibilités horaires. Nous n étions pas les seul dans ce cas et donc beaucoup de déception car on vient dans votre établissement pour le spa, étant donné la situation de l'hôtel il n y a rien d autres à faire.

Jag gillade rummet väldig fräscht och exklusivt faktisk mycket bättre än andra hotell som har fler stjärnor de kanske bara läget som kan vara lite långt bort ifrån allt men annars gav hotellet en riktigt hem känsla
