Important information:

Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Good enough for 1 night
Pros:

Bed is comfortable and everything was clean
Good welcome from Micheal in Reception: kind, polite, helpful.

The other tall guy was not very professional.

Cons:

Food poor quality and options.

Dinner: not tasty and very bad chicken not well cooked the salad caesar is another thing….

Breakfast was very poor doesn’t match IGH quality. Poor choices as IBIS very simple
Queue for the coffee machine, there should be better coffee and at least fresh orange juice. Machine for juices gives bad quality.
