Pros:

Pai in primul rând personalul , care face toti banii. Incepand cu restaurantul , as vrea sa adresez multumiri si felicitari tot personalului din restaurant. Oameni profesionisti la tot pasul, care stiu cu adevarat ce înseamnă domeniul hotelier. Receptia, la fel, oameni pusi bine in functiile lor gata sa te ajute in orice moment. Masajul a fost si el extraordinar. Pe scurt, vom revenii.

In cea ce priveste curatenia , a fost ok , destul de bine dar consider ca ar mai trebuii suplimentat putin personalul.

Pros:

Pocas veces puntúa tan alto la estancia en un hotel.
Pero esto nos a sorprendido casi en todo (todo sería demasiado osado).
Aconsejable la media pensión comida excelente, servicio perfecto.Spa relación calidad precio buen. El bar con una decoración i espacio ideal. Zona de parking algo justa pero no parece problemático. Tal vez mejorable el colchón pero sin quejas. Hotel aconsejable para esquiar en ordino i seguramente para hacer senderismo en la zona

Excelente hotel cerca de pistas
Pros:

El desayuno buffet muy completo y con buen horario. La atención del personal muy correcta.
Ubicación excelente para la estación de Ordino.
Guarda skies disponible en garaje.
El SPA sencillo pero muy tranquilo. Con muy poca gente por turno.

HOTEL TOUT CONFORT TRES BIEN SITUE
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié. Personnel très compétent et agréable. Tout était parfait. L'emplacement très bien situé proches des départs de randonnées à ski. Je recommande vivement.

Pros:

Excelente trato por parte de todo el personal: recepción, restaurante, mantenimiento y sobre todo destaco y recomiendo plenamente los masajes terapéuticos ofrecidos.

Cons:

Todo estupendo, un par de problemillas con las instalaciones, pero el personal de recepción y mantenimiento se han desvivido por solucionarlo lo antes posible y han mostrado una amabilidad y un trato impecable.

Pros:

El hotel estaba impecable y la habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El personal súper pendiente y cercano. Cogimos media pensión y comimos súper bien, bufet muy completo para desayunar y menú con varios platos para elegir para cenar (eso sí, bebidas a parte) Usamos el servicio de spa y era pequeñito pero con todo lo imprescindible, una muy buena experiencia, pero intenta reservar porque el aforo es muy limitado, cosa que enriquece mucho más la experiencia. El lugar muy agradable, súper tranquilo y a pocos kilómetros de las pistas, pero si prefieres ir en verano, la zona es espectacular con un montón de excursiones para hacer.

Cons:

Que pena que el jacuzzi que había fuera con vistas al río estuviera fuera de servicio... por lo demás muy recomendable y calidad precio muy buena, nos hubiéramos quedado más días... volveremos
