Très confortable, vue sur le torrent magnifique. Resto en 1/2 pension excellent!!!!

Spa non dispo on ne peut pas réserver mais les 2 jours complet. Nous y sommes allés principalement pour ça et pas plus si le d’y accéder. En semaine je précise donc le week-end on oublie

L'accés a l-Spa es nomès de 6 persones en un hotel de 40 habitacions, s'ha de reservar amb temps. A recepció no ens van tractar gaire be, si que es cert que en quixar-nos a la direcció ens van respondre ràpid i amb amabilitat.

Al lado de la habitación pasaba como una chimenea, que debía ser como un extractor, que no paró ni de día ni en toda la noche.

il est précisé dans la réservation qu'il y avait un spa hors celui ci était réservable sur place et a notre déception nous avons pas eu accès pour cause de manque de place donc impossible a réserver a notre arrivée

Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas, el río , la comida, la atención del personal, tanto la recepción como el equipo de restauración, súper atentos siempre, nos tocó una habitación amplia. Muy contentos y seguramente repetiremos.

Cons:

No me gustó que no te han ofertas del spa para ls personas que estamos Hospedados. El precio por un día es muy elevado en el spa, hemos estado en otros hoteles donde el spa tenía un coste adicional pero, precio razonable y con acceso durante nuestra estadía en el hotel, en este caso nos cobran cerca de 20 euros por persona y solo una hora.

Hôtel agréable dans un cadre magnifique.
Pros:

L’emplacement dans un cadre verdoyant. Chambres impeccables, belle décoration. Spa très très bien. Massage excellent.

Cons:

Porte mal ajustée qui claque à la fermeture. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres sous les toits.
Repas de la demi-pension loin d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Serveur ne parlant pas un mot de français et d’anglais, difficile de se faire comprendre.

La zona fantástica, el personal muy abable en todo momento, parking gratuito delante del hotel ..me he sentido muy a gusto de este punto de vista. El hotel muy bonito, aunque hay un poco de lío..es un pequeño labirinto😂

Cons:

No tienen aire acondicionado y en verano es un horno se tiene que dormir con ventana abierta. El spa es de pago 16 euros la hora, exageradamente caro teniendo en cuenta que Andorra tiene la caldea que son 35 euros la entrada durante 3 horas. Las comidas muy bien, las cenas muy deliciosas aunque los desayunos son lo mismo cada mañana..las bebidas del hotel son exageradamente caras.
