HOTEL TOUT CONFORT TRES BIEN SITUE
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié. Personnel très compétent et agréable. Tout était parfait. L'emplacement très bien situé proches des départs de randonnées à ski. Je recommande vivement.

Pros:

Excelente trato por parte de todo el personal: recepción, restaurante, mantenimiento y sobre todo destaco y recomiendo plenamente los masajes terapéuticos ofrecidos.

Cons:

Todo estupendo, un par de problemillas con las instalaciones, pero el personal de recepción y mantenimiento se han desvivido por solucionarlo lo antes posible y han mostrado una amabilidad y un trato impecable.

Pros:

El hotel estaba impecable y la habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El personal súper pendiente y cercano. Cogimos media pensión y comimos súper bien, bufet muy completo para desayunar y menú con varios platos para elegir para cenar (eso sí, bebidas a parte) Usamos el servicio de spa y era pequeñito pero con todo lo imprescindible, una muy buena experiencia, pero intenta reservar porque el aforo es muy limitado, cosa que enriquece mucho más la experiencia. El lugar muy agradable, súper tranquilo y a pocos kilómetros de las pistas, pero si prefieres ir en verano, la zona es espectacular con un montón de excursiones para hacer.

Cons:

Que pena que el jacuzzi que había fuera con vistas al río estuviera fuera de servicio... por lo demás muy recomendable y calidad precio muy buena, nos hubiéramos quedado más días... volveremos

TRATO PÉSIMO AL CLIENTE
Cons:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Desde el primer momento se notó la falta de gestión y organización por parte del personal. La información que proporcionaban tampoco era clara; las explicaciones eran ambiguas y poco transparentes.

Además, el trato recibido dejó mucho que desear. El personal fue desagradable y, en varias ocasiones, maleducado. Ante dudas o solicitudes simples, respondían con actitud poco profesional y sin disposición para ayudar. De hecho, cuando surgió un problema, la respuesta del recepcionista fue literalmente que “eso era más trabajo para él”, algo que me pareció una falta total de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia el cliente.

Anuncian una recepción 24 horas, pero esto no es cierto. Cuando necesité asistencia fuera del horario en el que realmente estaban disponibles, no hubo nadie para atenderme y, aun así, intentaron responsabilizarme por no avisar antes, cuando lo había hecho el día anterior. Al comentarlo, en lugar de ofrecer una solución o una disculpa, prácticamente me tacharon de mentirosa, lo cual me pareció totalmente inaceptable.

En general, considero que necesitan mejorar considerablemente la organización interna, la claridad en la comunicación y, sobre todo, la atención al cliente. La experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado y, lamentablemente, no lo recomendaría.

Volveremos sin duda, muy buen hotel!
Pros:

Conocemos de hace mucho la cadena Bringué pero nunca habiamos estado en el Niunit.
El staff es fabuloso!! La amabilidad y las ganas por ayudarnos en cualquier aspecto destaca tanto en el restaurante como en la recepción.
La limpieza muy bien, y la localización espectacular.
La cena es de lo mejorcito del hotel, una calidad asombrosa y un servicio estupendo. Desayuno sinceramente mejor que lo que conocemos de la cadena, no mucha elección pero buena calidad.

Cons:

El mantenimiento podria mejorar (Ducha perdia agua, lavabo se embozaba muy rápidamente)

Un accueil exemplaire, mais une hygiène et une isolation à revoir.
Pros:

Les points positifs : Un grand merci pour l'accueil 24h/24, très pratique pour un check-in tardif. Excellente surprise à l'arrivée : le petit-déjeuner nous a été offert et la chambre était spacieuse avec un bel espace de vie.

Cons:

Les points noirs : Malheureusement, l'expérience a été gâchée par un manque d'insonorisation flagrant. Réveillés à 3h du matin par un couple en plein acte sexuel : on entendait tout comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre ! C'est inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Côté propreté, c'est très limite : des traces de rouge à lèvres sur les serviettes de bain et, plus grave encore, des cheveux dans les draps à notre arrivée. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais le manque d'entretien et l'isolation gâchent tout.

Para un mometo mágico con tu pareja/hijos.
Pros:

Todo, lugar en la fecha que fuimos habia nieve, muy bien ambientado, el personal muy amable, una habitación comoda y espaciosa, repitiría perfectamente.

Cons:

Llegamos 1 hora más tarde del check-in y nuestra haitiana aun no estaba lista, fue un error de comunicación entre trabajadores algo que es totalmente comprensible, la espera fue agradable porque nos convidaron a un te y un café👍🏻
