Don’t say they are a waste of your money for your private person
Pros:

When my husband and I rented it on booking.com we assumed it was an Airbnb, where I’d be just us. It was actually a bedroom. You have to share the bathroom share the kitchen share the dining with the House who lives downstairs and then you have another person that’s a guest also Living there. The beach is across the street. We did not stay and before you book the room make sure you know all the facts because you get absolutely no refund whatsoever. None we lost $182 to go there and we might’ve been in the house for five minutes. It’s nothing like an Airbnb. It’s more of a roommate situation with the host and his girlfriend living downstairs. I think I think Robert needs to make it more clear that you’re renting a bedroom a room in his house and all the other of the kitchen the dining room the bathroom the yard you’re sharing.

Cons:

We did not like it being a bedroom and you have to share everything. The bathroom in the kitchen everything share everything with the host and his girlfriend and whoever is in room one and you’re in room two we’re all sharing everything so you have zero privacy there is no privacy. I find the app that was on that Robert has is very misleading. I would never stay there you’re staying in a person’s house with them downstairs and then it’s another stranger upstairs.

Good value option for rest before early flight.
Pros:

Great place if you like a quiet clean haven from the bustle of town. Lovely porch for sunset gazing or reading. Great linens and comfy bed. A few reasonable house rules to follow. Overall a great place.

Cons:

It’s a shared living area and shared bathroom. We knew that going in so that’s not a criticism. We felt self conscious about making noise that might disturb other guests or the owners.

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem, obwohl einer über das Fußteil einsteigen muss, da es im Eck steht. Die Terrasse bietet teilweise einen schönen Blick auf den See. Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet, keine Schuhe im Haus erlaubt. Wird jedoch schwierig, wenn sich der andere Gast nachts als „Stehpinkler“ entpuppt und das auch noch durch die dünnen Wände hörbar ist. Modern und offen gestaltet, dadurch jedoch wenig Privatsphäre möglich - da Gespräche im EG oder Familienzimmer unfreiwillig verstanden werden.

Cons:

Wir haben auf dem Grundstück geparkt und aus Unkenntnis die 2.Haustür verschlossen. Die Frau des Besitzers hat uns daher sehr unfreundlich mit einem „excuse me“ stehen lassen. Kein Hallo oder eine Erklärung was stört. Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität: eigenes Badezimmer/WC = muss mit 2 anderen Gästen geteilt werden, Strandzugang = 3. Haus in der Reihe & Durchgangsstraße mit Verkehr rund um die Uhr dazwischen, Küche und alle anderen Angebote muss man mit dem Besitzer und den anderen Gästen teilen, Haus sehr hellhörig. Parkplatz = dazu soll die öffentlichen Straße genutzt werden.

Misleading - not as advertised

Cons:

Bath was shared, not private as advertised
The pictures make it look as if you have the whole place to yourself when everything except the bedroom is shared space.
They offered coffee in the morning but reprimanded us and the other guests for being in the kitchen, that "boarders" were supposed to be upstairs only. The pictures show kitchen, dining room and living room as part of the Property
