Con un gran esfuerzo en la limpieza seria un 10 de 10.

La ubicación es acertada debido a al cercanía con los lugares de gran importancia en la ciudad.

La limpieza de la habitación es mala. las cobijas estaban sucias y manchadas, el olor a humedad, guardad y sucios, las juntas del baño no ha sido limpiadas,

Cons:

No son claros con la informacion en pagina de Booking , al dirijisrnos al lugar manifestaron no tener disponibilidad de Habitacion ( reserve y luego no pude quedarme porque manifestaron que las habitaciones eran para una sola persona ) , en otra ocasión nos cambiaron de Hotel y alli fue un desastre la estadia

Me derivaron de Holidays a Fontana, ya que me indicaron que en el primero hubo problemas referentes a goteras en la habitación, así que toda mi valoración será sobre Fontana

Cons:

El trato por WhatsApp, el que atiende no tiene tacto, si le digo que voy a llegar antes como me va a decir "Puedes dejar tus maletas e irte a caminar por Bogotá"?
