Last time I paid for one room two beds, but they just gave to me one bed, because, they had occupied hotel, however, they didn't refund money or offer something back as a compensation.

Great value near Aiport
Pros:

Me cancelaron la reserva
Cons:

Luego de confirmar reserva, 1 hora después me contactan para indicar que el lugar no está disponible, ya contaba con el taxi para el desplazamiento al sitio, puesto qué indique ingreso entre 9 y 10 pm, y me contactaron a las 9 pm, tuve que pagar tarifa de cancelación en la app de taxis. Permitir una reserva una hora antes del horario de ingreso no les funciona.

Inicialmente, mi reserva estaba confirmada en otro hotel de la misma cadena; sin embargo, fui trasladada a un establecimiento diferente, ubicado en una zona más alejada de la que originalmente había seleccionado, bajo el argumento de falta de disponibilidad en el hotel reservado.

Adicionalmente, las condiciones del hotel asignado no eran adecuadas: las paredes se encontraban visiblemente sucias, las almohadas presentaban mal olor y aparentaban falta de higiene, y el piso de la habitación no había sido debidamente limpiado.
