Fun weekend, but very misleading accommodations. READ BELOW
Pros:

The room provided a comforting charm with pleasant ambiance, featuring a cozy yet typical bed and a bathroom. Our minimalistic needs were met perfectly, as our focus was on indulging in a full day of skiing. The proximity of the mountain added to the convenience, while the location proved to be a good balance between the serenity of being nestled in the woods and the nightlife and après-ski activities nearby. Ample parking though out the weekend and start of the week made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Cons:

While our stay had its highlights, there were a few notable drawbacks that affected our overall experience, listed from the least to the most disappointing.

To start, maintaining a comfortable temperature proved challenging, as the heat in our room stubbornly refused to climb beyond 63 degrees. This became especially noticeable during the chilly weekend, leaving us longing for a warmer space to return to and wake up in.

The second issue revolved around the unavailability of the promised pool and hot tub. Our anticipation for a relaxing soak after a day on the slopes was dashed when we arrived at the facility to find it empty and locked. To add to the frustration, we discovered only upon arrival that the sports facility might close with no prior notice, a detail that would have been immensely helpful to know beforehand, especially when booking a room with hot tub access.

Lastly, Our largest disappointment was the misconception regarding the condo being ski-off. While there is indeed a trail from Killington to the condo area, it's important to clarify that skiing or snowboarding back to the condos is NOT possible. Despite the picturesque trail, our envisioned experience was marred by a one-mile hike with skis and boards in tow, which deviated significantly from our expectations. (Would make a lovely cross country ski trail however!) Despite these setbacks, we appreciate the aspects that made our stay memorable and hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests.
